He was great, it was a low pressure, straight forward buying experience. We negotiated the deal, went through finance and it was as painless as it can get. Don't buy a vehicle from Mark Mazda. The sales staff and managers are the most dishonest people I've ever dealt when purchasing a vehicle. I waited 4 hours to sign papers to purchase a car and they promised managers are the most dishonest people I've ever dealt when purchasing a vehicle. I waited 4 hours to sign papers to purchase a car and they promised it would be detailed. It was not. They tried to sell me window tint ($599) on a used vehicle when it already had window tint prior to them getting it. Beware of Mark Mazda. More

I've purchased several vehicles in the past but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Huge thanks to James Fajardo (and Kevin) for creating such an amazing experience! When I arrived at the dealership, James arranged it so that the car I was most interested in was front and center already waiting for me. Wow! Then, throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. In fact, James was super attentive, forthcoming, and patient with me, answering all of my questions, showing me several vehicles, and really taking the time to make sure that I felt I was making the right choice for me. He was very genuine in his approach, showing me that he really cared. He was not at all abrasive and never did I feel like I was being "sold". He also made sure that I was well taken care of when it came to the financing part. Together with Kevin, the financing part was completely seamless and they streamlined the entire process from A to Z taking a lot of the stress off of me. Thank you James for delivering the best car-buying experience I've ever had! More
