I'm pretty sure the service was done correctly, but when I was notified that the car was ready, the price for the service was 5$ more than the coupon price that brought me in. The service writer fixed it by hand, not on the receipt. Not a big deal. But when I went to pay, I was informed that I would be upcharged for the use of my credit card. Maybe to make up for the reduced coupon cost? But I could pay with a debit card if I wanted to. If I had been informed up front about this extra, unpublished cost I would have been prepared. But I don't carry a debit card unless I need to. When I protested that I didn't know ahead of time about the additional charge I might have been prepared. Or I might have figured that it's BS for a big business to pass on a credit card cost by surprise. You'd think they'd just build it into the price. More

I went to two Mazda Dealerships, one on Bell Road in west Phoenix (Chapman) and one in Scottsdale (Mark Mazda). I found that that latter was superior. Mark Mazda had a better selection of cars, and more pro Phoenix (Chapman) and one in Scottsdale (Mark Mazda). I found that that latter was superior. Mark Mazda had a better selection of cars, and more professional personnel. Their customer service was excellent. Bryce Young was very pleasant and quite accommodating. This dealership offers so much extra services. An example of this was his offer to bring the contract that my husband also had to sign to our residence. My husband’s health is very compromised, and he is housebound due to breathing problems. That was a Godsend.. An another example is his offer to service this car at our convenience. We truly appreciate this. This is truly exceptional service. And finally I was impressed with the decor and atmosphere inside the building. The layout with open yet private cubicles was well thought out. Also, I was impressed with the professional, well groomed sales and support staff. They seemed to be in sync with each other and very pleasant to we patrons. More
