Drove a hour to get to this place to see and hopefully buy a car. The salesman that we spoke with on the phone was in the building but would not come out and speak with us. I traded with these clowns and they in turn sent me a letter AFTER we had signed the deal that listed me as an ADVERSE ACTION recipient. Funny part is the bank after they financed the car, which I wanted to pay CASH for, sent me a letter that stated they the DEALER tried to over charge me on the rate and they REDUCED the interest rate because my credit score was 831 out of 850, EXCELLENT SCORE. The salesperson was told before the deal was signed that I needed 2 keys with remotes and then after checking out the car I found NO jack, handle or lug wrench in case I had a flat....WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THAT.....I had a key in hand and cut and programed for $10.00 at Crain BGMC....No supply problems there...I had expected too much from people that I thought were fair and was getting treated better than I would have in Conway where the dealers are more available across the board. Did NOT happen. I will never do business with MARK MARTIN again and do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. PRICE is now the only selling point. Going to bank tomorrow to pay off the loan I did not want to start with. They can RUIN your credit rating. More
