After having a engine failure on my 2017 Sportage last month, I called Mark Kia and related the problem to Mike Zaccardo in the service department. He was able to resolve the problem for me by obtaining a month, I called Mark Kia and related the problem to Mike Zaccardo in the service department. I had a vehicle service appointment set up in the late afternoon after work on Wednesday July 10th for my 2018 Kia Optima; had the oil and filter changed, tires rotated and filled, had the latest anti-the afternoon after work on Wednesday July 10th for my 2018 Kia Optima; had the oil and filter changed, tires rotated and filled, had the latest anti-theft security software installed (which I had been meaning to get done for months but completely forgot to ask about it before leaving the building) and they were even kind enough to give my car a much needed wash afterward. Cody was very helpful and and took care of my drop-off as well as set up the Lyft rides. I will definitely be coming back to Mark Kia for my next service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for solid vehicle care. Thanks guys! 5/5 More
