While I did purchase my vehicle from this location and had an OK experience, every time I have brought my vehicle here for service I have had nothing but trouble. Everytime I call I get the run around, a had an OK experience, every time I have brought my vehicle here for service I have had nothing but trouble. Everytime I call I get the run around, and feel that I am begging for service instead of being provded customer service that I deserve. When I leave my car there for repair, I am the one who constantly has to call and check on the progress as I NEVER hear from them to keep me posted as to what is going on and when I can get my car back. Because my extended warranty is with them, I am forced to use their service department and dread it everytime I go back. A little communication could go a long way, and for some reason they don't understand that. I don't think I have ever returned to pick up my car without having to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. The last time I had to pick my car up I got their 5 minutes before they closed and my interaction with them was full of sighs as if I was keeping them there until their closing time instead of being able to leave early. Mark of Mark Kia/Mitsubishi is a very wealthy man that has no regard for the kind of service his employees provide to us "regular" people. Dissapointing and sad. More

The hoses to my brake fluid reservior looked funny, so I went to my local Midas. The manager tested the fluid and it was fine, so he figured the exterior of the hoses had been splashed or touched with oil, went to my local Midas. The manager tested the fluid and it was fine, so he figured the exterior of the hoses had been splashed or touched with oil, power steering fluid, or something.

I therefore ordered a new brake fluid reservior and connecting hoses from Mitsu ($53). After the parts finally arrived, I went into Mark Mitsu (the Glendale store) to have these 3 small parts installed. I expected it to take 10 minutes and cost $20 or so for the labor.

After 20 minutes, Nathan Boisvert came out with a 2-page computer printout listing tons of parts & labor totaling more than $2000, claiming the brake fluid was contaminated. Shocked and disgusted at the obvious fraud, I left.

I then went to Midas and had the parts installed (no charge) and the brake fluid flushed just in case ($44). The brakes have been fine ever since.

I will never go to Mark Mitsu again. More
