I received a letter stating that my new Kia Sorento had optional updating available. I made the appointment the day before they were very accommodating. My vehicle repeatedly malfunctioned to the point where it was inoperable, which led to it being towed into Mark Kia for service. Allen, in the service department, called me first thing/next morning to advise was inoperable, which led to it being towed into Mark Kia for service. Allen, in the service department, called me first thing/next morning to advise that my vehicle was delivered, diagnosed, and repaired (partially... I'm waiting for parts to come in.) Allen was very knowledgeable and helpful. My issues, thus far, have been resolved in a speedy manner, and I would very much recommend that you ask for Allen when visiting Mark Kia's service dept. (The other service dept. employees were not very helpful or knowledgeable during my time of need, when my brand new 2011 Kia Optima wouldn't start on several occassions... twice when I was out-of-state and anotehr time in 117 degree Phoenix weather, leaving me stranded and on my own to resolve! Simply tipping me off on how to bypass the keyless ingition switch would've been nice!) More

This service department diagnosed a problem I had been having for over a year at another Kia service department in approximately one and a half hours. They verified the diagnoses and repaired the problem having for over a year at another Kia service department in approximately one and a half hours. They verified the diagnoses and repaired the problem in a very acceptable time frame. I could not have been happier with the repairs AND the way I was treated at this shop! They explained what they were going to do and why without talking down to me or being condescending. When I picked up the vehicle it ran like a new car and still does. Stellar service. More

Mark Kia is great. I have had a Kia of some type in my driveway for 7 years now. Everytime I go in to have my car serviced I know that it will be done correctly, on time and for the amount that was agreed driveway for 7 years now. Everytime I go in to have my car serviced I know that it will be done correctly, on time and for the amount that was agreed upon. No bait and switch with this service shop. You want the best oil you get the best oil. Likewise if you need a place to stay you can sit in the customer waiting area or they will drive you home and pick you up. Sometimes I have been lucky to get a loaner for the day, but it is not always available and I know this. The staff is friendly, Russ (you my man only you can work on my car) and Jon (What can I say. You return your calls the same day and you always have the answers. More
While I did purchase my vehicle from this location and had an OK experience, every time I have brought my vehicle here for service I have had nothing but trouble. Everytime I call I get the run around, and feel that I am begging for service instead of being provded customer service that I deserve. When I leave my car there for repair, I am the one who constantly has to call and check on the progress as I NEVER hear from them to keep me posted as to what is going on and when I can get my car back. Because my extended warranty is with them, I am forced to use their service department and dread it everytime I go back. A little communication could go a long way, and for some reason they don't understand that. I don't think I have ever returned to pick up my car without having to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. The last time I had to pick my car up I got their 5 minutes before they closed and my interaction with them was full of sighs as if I was keeping them there until their closing time instead of being able to leave early. Mark of Mark Kia/Mitsubishi is a very wealthy man that has no regard for the kind of service his employees provide to us "regular" people. Dissapointing and sad. More
