We called Mark Kia after not being so happy with the service at Big Bell Kia(which had changed to Earnhardt Kia. I originally bought my 2008 Kia Rio at Big Bell and had never had a problem with the serv service at Big Bell Kia(which had changed to Earnhardt Kia. I originally bought my 2008 Kia Rio at Big Bell and had never had a problem with the service. It wasn't the same this time at Earnhardt Kia. They did wash my car free of charge, but even with a 10a.m. appointment, I was there until 12pm for the sealant to be put on my car). My experience at Mark Kia was excellent! I will be bringing my car there for any service I will need in the future. Considering I live in Yuma, Arizona and that there is a Kia dealer in my home town, this speaks volumes about Mark Kia. We are a one car family. So when my wife and I got in the car Tuesday morning to go out to lunch only to find that the battery was dead, I determined it was going to be a bad day! I called Kia Roadside Assis car Tuesday morning to go out to lunch only to find that the battery was dead, I determined it was going to be a bad day! I called Kia Roadside Assistance and almost in no time a tow truck was coming to our home. I called Mark Kia and talked to Allen Jenkins about getting a replacement battery that same day so that my wife could go to work later on in the afternoon. I rode with the tow truck driver to Mark Kia and the battery got replaced in record time. I was extremely pleased with the prompness of the service! More
I needed my vehicle ready in a timely manner, and it definatly was. Everyone was extremely friendly, and when I pulled up, I was greeted by name! Dave from the Service Department was very helpful and accomodating to me when I brought my Sorrento in for service and warranty work. I did not realize the appointment was going to be very lengthy, so I accomodating to me when I brought my Sorrento in for service and warranty work. I continue to come back to this location because they treat me so well and really take care of me. I had a problem with my car about a year ago that I couldn't figure out. I had gone to Big 0 Tires and s treat me so well and really take care of me. I had a problem with my car about a year ago that I couldn't figure out. I had gone to Big 0 Tires and spent a lot of money (close to $1000) and the problem still wasn't fixed. I went to Mark Kia and they fixed it with 1 visit. And then when a light went on I brought it back and they fixed the whole thing for free (it was related to the same problem). Always am treated with respect and feel like I can trust my car with them and they won't try to rip me off. More
The firt time I went in for service the person I dealt with was not very freindly. His attitude got even worse after I said I would not get all the work done now because i just dont have the money. After I got the money together I took my car back for the service they recommended and oh how the he was so happy to see me and very friendly to me. So I guess as long as you have the money and do what they say they will treat you well. More
