I recently took my car into the Kia Service department for an oil change. While the cost can't be beat, only $10! I was disappointed by the lack of personalized attention. This was a nice gesture, but I was hoping to actually speak with someone and have the opportunity to ask questions about the necessity of replacing/repairing these items. More

I went in for tint to be done on my new vehicle and to have the back seat handle to be fixed. Dave took notes on how I wanted my tint specifically done and made sure everything was ok. he checked up on have the back seat handle to be fixed.
