I have always been extremely happy with Mark Mitsubishi; that is why I've bought 2 cars there over the past 6 yeras, and have all my service on them done there. We bought our car from Mark Kia and had a very pleasant experience from the very start. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. Every time we come in they do a free inspection on our car and let us know with a printout what service is recommended for our car. We schedule our service appointments online, and when we get to the dealership, the service tech is always friendly and has our paperwork ready to go. The work that has been done on our car has always been done in a timely manner. The waiting room is clean, and they always have a variety of magazines, and popcorn for the customers who are waiting. I was fifteen minutes late for the appointment and the service advisor still was able to get me in. I was driving from across town and was delayed in traffic and it would of been a huge hassle to have to service advisor still was able to get me in. When I arrived I was greated promptly and I it was a mechanic I have seen before he was very nice and the Service Manager is wonderful as well. I purchased my Kia Sedona from AAA when my old car was falling apart....was not convinced it was the car I wanted....BUT....it still had 3 yrs warranty left, they worked with me price and financing... falling apart....was not convinced it was the car I wanted....BUT....it still had 3 yrs warranty left, they worked with me price and financing... That being said my experience with the Kia dealership has been mostly service.... and I also had two repairs that were under warranty....all my visits were really good.
