My Kia Soul ac broke @21k miles. A mystery to me but a quick fix from Allen and his crew. He was so amazing and polite! I have taken my car to Mark Kia and Mitsubishi for over 18 months now to have it regularly maintained and serviced. The customer service was great, Brandi was very helpful and curteous and made sure to keep in contact with me.
