I was very happy with my experience in buying our 2010 Kia Sedona at Mark Kia. I am usually apprenhensive to use a dealer for my general maintenance due to experiences in the past. I decided to try out the Service Department at Mark Kia since my buying experience went so well. I have taken my vehicle there two times now and everything was awesome. I was greated warmly when I arrived and the Service Manager asked me if there was anything that needed addressed with my vehicle. I told him what I had noticed and he wrote everything done on the service sheet. My vehicle was serviced quickly and they were able to fix, without cost, the issues I had with how the vehicle was performing. All work has been professional and prompt. I will continue to take my vehicle to Mark Kia for service work, and I will buy my next vehicle from them as well. More
I bought my care at Mark Mitsubishi and have had all my work and oil changes done there. I was just in for the 30,000 check up and was able to book appt on line and I got a coupon for the service. For some reason they did not have my online booking but I had the confirmation #, but did not need it. They took me in at appointed time. I liked the coupon which saved me a lot of money for this service. I will return for my next oil change. More

Bought this Forte for my daughter to take to college.We have always recieved great service from Mark Kia. We had an appointment for oil change @4:30 we dropped it off early and much to our surprise they go have always recieved great service from Mark Kia. I have taken past cars to dealers for service at Honda, Volvo, Ford, and Chevy dealersships. Every time at THOSE dealerships I have left feeling violated and ripped off. NOT HERE AT MARK KIA!! Mark Kia and Mr. Golle know that a hundred bucks is a hundred bucks where we all come from, and they respect my budget and my car. Take your car to these guys today!!! More
I have always been very satisfied at Mark Kia and have recommened this dealership to friends. I love the Sedona, plan on keeping it as it has only 16000 miles is just turned 5 years old. The service guys take good care of you. They don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need and they also check things you don't ask them to, just to make sure everything is okay. My Kia Soul ac broke @21k miles. A mystery to me but a quick fix from Allen and his crew. He was so amazing and polite! I was very worried about this and he calmed me down and fit me it as soon as I coul quick fix from Allen and his crew. He was so amazing and polite! I also gave him some other concerns including car still pulls to right since I bought it w/zero miles and my radio does crazy stuff. The car drives so smooth now, radio doesn't have any issues and the ac is cold and working. THANK YOU to Allen. He is wonderful.
