It is great that they have service hours every single Saturday. Also, I am on a major budget and needed new tires and lots of other stuff in order to be safe and they helped me to be able to afford it. They gave me a loaner car which is the first time I have ever found that anywhere. They were so nice to me. I really appreciate that. More
My 2011 Kia Optima's battery was dead and I needed help quickly! Within 30 minutes Kia Roadside Assistance had sent someone to assess the problem and jump the battery. I drove straight to Mark Kia for serv quickly! Within 30 minutes Kia Roadside Assistance had sent someone to assess the problem and jump the battery. I drove straight to Mark Kia for service. Jose Gandara met me there and offered to take care of the problem. He estimated how much time it would take and I decided to wait in the lounge until it was finished. The estimated time was correct and my battery was replaced with a new one. It was still under warranty so I was very pleased with the whole situation! Thank you Mark Kia! More

Jose in service was great. He always followed up with me when he had new information. I was looking for floor mats and they thought they had to order them from overseas. But the next day he called me again when he had new information. I was looking for floor mats and they thought they had to order them from overseas. But the next day he called me again and said I found them at Tempe Kia. Jose was great. He even let me sit in the waiting room while he carried the stuff to my car. Would recommend again. More
