Jose in service was great. He always followed up with me when he had new information. I was looking for floor mats and they thought they had to order them from overseas. But the next day he called me again when he had new information. I was looking for floor mats and they thought they had to order them from overseas. But the next day he called me again and said I found them at Tempe Kia. Jose was great. He even let me sit in the waiting room while he carried the stuff to my car. Would recommend again. More

When I arrived, Kyle approached me almost right away with his clipboard. He went over what was being done on my car and told me how long it would take. He offered for a car wash as well (first time for this), but I didn't have the time to stay. My car was done in the timeframe set forth. Upon completion, Kyle went over with me what needed to be done on my car in my future services and how much those things would cost. He also advised I would not have to do all those things at one time and could spread them out. This was the best experience I have had at Mark Kia and would really like to keep Kyle as my sole service writer. More
Our Kia Sedona, with only 35,000 miles had to be towed in on a Friday afternoon. My husband, who is a technician, told them what was wrong with the van. Since it was under warranty, they had to do the repair on a Friday afternoon. My husband, who is a technician, told them what was wrong with the van. Since it was under warranty, they had to do the repairs. We were told that if they couldn't get a loaner that day, we would get one right away on monday. Four seperate messages were left on Monday for the status of the van ad to check on a loaner. Nobody returne our call. Finally, Tuesday morning, we were called and they said they were finally looking at it, And that nobody told us we would receive a loaner. (we were told on Friday, that Monday morning would be the latest it would be looked at). Finally at noon, we were told it needed a starter (exactly what my husband told them it needed) and that they would have to order the part. It would be at least two more days. They were not accommodating whatsoever, and we're actually quite rude. We will NEVER go to this dealership again. More
