One star regarding service department. Brakes were replaced. One week later, squeaking. I was told I have to buy more break and rotors which they failed to address the first time and now I Brakes were replaced. One week later, squeaking. I was told I have to buy more break and rotors which they failed to address the first time and now I have to pay double. What a joke. Don’t get anything serviced from them. No refund or discounts on anything mentioned. I also bought the car from them whoever is running the service department needs to be handle immediately. Horrible service and foresight. You have been warned. Stay away or prepare to pay double and they will just say oh well More

Our first service experience with Mark Kia couldn't have been better. I scheduled the appointment online and arrived early. They were ready for the car and knew what services I'd requested. Everyone at this dealership are top notch. They are always attentive, friendly and professional. Every employee from the sales department, to finance and the service department have exceede They are always attentive, friendly and professional. Every employee from the sales department, to finance and the service department have exceeded our expectations every time. I am especially impressed with their service department. They are quick to greet you and get you checked in for the service appointment and they keep you updated during your service visit.
