Oh trust me, I’m fully aware but obviously you are not up to date on policy and aren’t aware on how EVERY dealership in Arizona and around the country are dealing with the telluride. We left your dealership and went to another where we DIDN’T purchase until the car was delivered, two days later. Learn your facts and don’t try to make clients feel dumb as if they don’t know what they’re talking about. Don’t lie and try to make my review seem invalid, especially when every other dealership says the car is not to be signed until delivered, Michelle. Nice try.
