I was very pleased with the communication I received during the process. Like all the other reviews I should’ve read, I have also been screwed over by Mark Kia. First, a salesman named Martiz promised me the moon for this Rav4 I paid in full ($12,300); he said if I agreed on tha been screwed over by Mark Kia. First, a salesman named Martiz promised me the moon for this Rav4 I paid in full ($12,300); he said if I agreed on that deal, he would get me a tow hitch, the window tint, fix the scratch, put clips on both bumpers AND even detail my old car! I should’ve known how outrageous those claims were when he told me. I signed and gave them a check in full. He told me to come the next day to pick it up so I drove an hour down on Friday and STILL wasn’t done. He told me to hangout for a few hours only to tell me Toyota needed to deliver them parts and it might take longer. I went home. Next day, he sent me a picture of the car still on the rack. I called the sales manager frustrated that I have been going around in circles and needed to know when the car will be ready and if it’s ready, will the tow hitch be ready when I get there because I’m not going to waste any more time. He told me it’ll be ready by Monday or Tuesday and didn’t know anything about the tow hitch. They fired Martiz apparently and transferred me to Matt. I asked Matt if they fixed the bumpers and scratches and he replied with “I was unaware lol let me get back to you”. It wasn’t “ready” until Friday. I get there, nothing has been done to the vehicle. I told them I didn’t want the car if they weren’t going to fix the bumper and was annoyed NO ONE told me on Wednesday or Thursday that it was sold “AS IS”. I was lied to the whole time. I wasted money on a rental, on gas to drive there and my friend’s time to drive me there. I explained everything to the general manager and he’s JUST AS WORSE IF NOT MORE. Pretty much yelled at my like a baby that didn’t get a sale. He didn’t want to do anything about it. It shows how bad this place really is. There’s good people that work there but this place is ran by snakes who think they can outsmart anyone walking in. Don’t be fooled. Never come here and to the employees there, just work somewhere else. More

Overall good experience. Pablo is fantastic and really goes above and beyond expectations to make sure you're comfortable with the car you purchase. Pablo continued to check in on me after I left the dealership with no purchase and days after I did purchase. This was my first time buying a new car and Lucas did a great job explaining the deal I was getting. I'm a slow and careful decision maker and they were both very patient throughout the process. All the employees I encountered at the dealership were upbeat, friendly, and welcoming. My only complaint is that Maricella in financing is impossible to get ahold of and not very friendly. Unfortunately the finance side of a car purchase is the most stressful, so this soured the overall experience. She couldn't even be bothered to provide a copy of the contract, as required by AZ law, until I asked Pablo to keep checking on it for me. More

I was in the market, but was not anticipating purchasing for at least a month. Turns out we were so impressed by Johnny and his team lead that we walked out with a truck by the end of the night. Mr. Borboa was enthusiastic and helpful throughout the process. A shoutout to Ms. Maricella Moraga who made the dreaded financing portion of the event not dreadful at all! More
