I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! I texted Jack the car I wanted at 7:30 a.m. and by 5 p.m. I had the car personally delivered to my house in Sedona. These guys are the absolute best. This review is a mixed one for me because while I have many positives to say about certain individuals, I want to be honest and transparent about my entire experience at Mark Kia. My rating of the dealership is a 3-star and the only reason it is even that is thanks to Manny who is a 5-star guy to work with. I want to start by saying the Emanuel (Manny) is hands down, the BEST person I got to work with at Mark Kia. Manny sat with me the day I came in and listened to everything I wanted in my car and all the things I was looking for and was 100% truthful with me about whether he could do certain things for me or not. He helped me get into the car I wanted and worked a good deal for my trade in. I brought my car back a few weeks later because we had planned for me to get the top wrapped which to my understanding, they send it out to another company they always use. My car came back to me dirty and the wrap job was not done well whatsoever. While I had been working with the Mark Kia service department, I had not been receiving returns to my phone calls from them or much help at all, so I reached out to the only guy I felt earned my trust there, Manny. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Manny got right back to me and did everything in his power to make it right! Manny got my car back in as soon as I could bring it, got me into a rental, and took my car back to have it wrapped correctly. Manny was and is the only reason I will ever go back to Mark Kia again! He truly understands the importance of customer service. I also wanted to recognize Johnny because when I went to pick up my car the second time, he was the one to walk around and did a thorough inspection with me. He was so kind and patient and reassured me that I was in the right to bring it in and not settle for a poor job done by their third party company. He also gave me his direct line to reach out to him if I still had any issues. The negative portion of my review really only reflects on the service department. While I will not call out the representatives by name, I will say that I do not look forward to taking my car to this location for repairs or maintenance anytime soon. As I had stated earlier, there is no efficiency in which they try to return your calls. I was told twice that I would receive a call back on a specific day and I waited 2 days past the said day before calling back myself to see what the hold up was. No apologies. The initial time my car was returned to me, it was not washed, was not vacuumed, there was garbage in the backseat that was not mine, there were foot prints on the door frames from where they stood to access the top of the vehicle, a real nightmare. The rental vehicle they gave me the second time was also dirty when I received it, which I was told also reflects on the service department being that they are the ones responsible for detailing the vehicles before they are loaned out. There was the previous drivers garbage in the trunk, crumbs throughout the vehicle, trash in the backseat. It was shocking to me given the circumstances that I had to bring my car back in because of their mistake, that I was not treated with enough respect to be loaned a clean vehicle. The Mark Kia service department is a 1-star for me. Overall, Mark Kia is somewhere I will recommend to friends and family, mainly due to their sales department making sure you are satisfied and happy. More

This weekend I visited at least 5 major dealerships looking for a certian vehicle. Two of the dealers sold the car we were discussing for hours before my appointment time, then tried to pressure sale m looking for a certian vehicle. Two of the dealers sold the car we were discussing for hours before my appointment time, then tried to pressure sale me into a more expensive trim model or sell a car with more miles then I was looking for. Negotiations were stressful and we felt talked down to by the salesman and sales manager. Not at Mark Kia, Jorman had the car ready for me to see when I got there, I got exactly what I was wanting for my trade without even having to negotiate. It felt as it was a fair deal for both the dealer and myself. I had a few questions and they were answered with respect and understanding. The last 3 vehicles we purchased were all from the same dealer and now I feel as I found my new dealership for purchasing vehicles. Thank you to Jorman, Emmanuel, and Maricella. More

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere, but this was so bad I just couldn’t NOT say anything. I had booked an appointment to look at a car. 10 minutes before arriving I received a text from Jorman that the bad I just couldn’t NOT say anything. I had booked an appointment to look at a car. 10 minutes before arriving I received a text from Jorman that the car was being painted and we could not drive it. Since we drove an hour to look at the car, we decided to go in anyways and at least see other options. He showed us another car that had recently been in an accident (the front bumper was dented and tore up) and when we asked for the price he told us he didn’t know it. We made another appointment to see the original car and he told us he would let us know the following morning if it was ready. The next day I kept in contact all day to make sure the car hadn’t sold and that we could test drive it as soon as possible. He booked us another appointment for the next morning and assured me that it would be ready. I even texted him right before closing to make sure the car was still there. He said it was, and the following morning he texted me letting me know it was ready. Well, 10 minutes before that new appointment, he called to tell me the car sold last night and there was nothing else available. It was horrible experience. I felt like he judged my husband and I the moment we walked in and didn’t want anything to do with us. He never asked any questions except how much we were willing to spend. It felt like we were a waste of his time. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. More
