Purchased a used 2018 BMW 230i , car was delivered without a working horn, not at all a pleasant and easy process to work with service dept. Calvin is exceptional and a wonderful sales associate, and thats where the compliments stop. *How did your test drive go? The first F-150 was clean enough but had a large scrape across the front bumper and front headlight. Calvin said it would be taken care of and we were like "OK" The second F-150 was shocking. It was dirty, the left windshield wiper was completely missing, the side step rails were completely nonfunctional and the temp was in celsius so that tells me its a foreign vehicle which with only 16K miles on it why so many issues and WHY would you even put this on the floor with so many issues? Do you not clean up and check vehicles before showing and selling them? The third F-150 again was DIRTY, mud in the wheels and under carriage, smelled like cattle and worn seats with a pull to the left when driving because alignment was way off. But the icing on the cake was the forth vehicle and the one we were really excited about could not be found on the lot. Turns out one of your sales managers decided to take it for a little while, do his costco shopping, take it home etc. SERIOUSLY! This was not marked as a demo vehicle and I know for a fact that driving a used vehicle around to costco and chandler not only adds miles but also is false advertising the mileage and use of the vehicle. YOU LOST A SALE AND I PLAN ON REPORTING THIS DEALERSHIP *Do you have any questions or concerns? Mark Kia and their associates will have you running around in circles. I traded in my car April of 2020. All was well in the initial closing and signing. Then I noticed that my previous car was never p around in circles. I traded in my car April of 2020. All was well in the initial closing and signing. Then I noticed that my previous car was never paid off nor was any paper work filled and completed till May 2020. I called and was told that "it was stuck in a drawer somewhere". During my closing costs and deals, I purchased a security system called Kahu. I was suppose to receive a call after purchasing in April, but since the purchase was not finalized until May, I still have not received any information regarding this subscription. Over the course of the next 5 months, I left multiple voicemails, never receiving a response, with the finance employee who sold me the subscription. In November, I obtained the number for the person who deals with Kahu sales. I called and was told it needed to just be activated and it should be good to go. But wait, it was never activated. I reached out to Kahu and scheduled an appointment to have the previous device removed and the new device installed. I get the new device installed, the technician told me I should see an email with instructions on how to activate the device. Can you guess what happens next? Never got an email. I called Kahu again and was told that the dealership needed to complete a transfer of ownership. I call the sales person who sold me the car and he told me that I needed to come in and get a new device installed. I explained that this has already been done. A couple weeks go by, I have not received a follow-up call or any information on this. As of today, I have asked either the system be activated or refunded the amount that I have paid thus far in my contract. I am completely blow away and flabbergasted by the lack of communication and zero follow up. This review is not here to discredit Kahu. They have been absolutely lovely. Kahu and any other of Mark Kia's affiliates I implore you to reevaluate and reconsider doing business with this car dealership. More
Thankful for the awesome staff they have. With this year being tough in general they made the ending all the better by making sure we are off in our vehicle in tip top shape.
