The sales manager I worked with after I experienced a problem with my deal got extremely emotional in one of our interactions, told me they would NOT own up to their word, then after I left saying I'll talk to my lawyer, I got a call back from the GM saying they'll do whatever it takes. I can only imagine how often this happens with employees like theirs. They also cost me over 700 dollars by not filing registration properly on my deal. They refuse to talk to me about it. I took my vehicle in for a covered repair, then the next time I start it two days later, all of the sudden it needs a repair that isn't covered AND a new battery. This is a 2017 vehicle that had been working flawlessly until i brought it in to them. I believe they did this to my vehicle intentionally due to my past interactions with them and my negative review. This places makes a habit of lying to the customer and not doing their job. Zero customer service ability or availability. They have cost me money and ignore any attempts to communicate to have this resolved. Make sure you file all of the necessary paperwork yourself as they fail to do so and will not own up to it or even respond to customers with these valid issues. I have spent too much time dealing with problems that should never have happened if people would simply do their jobs. BEWARE!!! More
I have been searching for a Kia Seltos for a couple of weeks. I've had several disappointing visits to lots offering an "out the door" price online then tact on $3500-5000 additional once I went to their weeks. With little patience for the car buying process I spoke to Frank about this vehicle. I asked OTD price and didn't want to drive an hour for surprise fees. He said he understood and would check with his manager Jacob. I got a call back that they could fit to my budget and gave me a price. I went to the bank to get a cashier's check for agreed amount. We got to the lot and was greeted immediately. Frank had the car ready for test driving. Let us go for the test drive and came back to review paperwork. It was a fairly quick process and short wait to get to finance manager to sign all documents. I left there so happy with their service but most impressed with their flexibility to negotiate. I understand the industry has been hit by the pandemic and inventory shortages but a hike of $3500-5000 is just too much for a normal consumer like me to absorb. I am so thankful to both Frank & Jacob for their professionalism and working with me so I can get an affordable vehicle! More

Being a first time car buyer has been rough.....I have been looking for a car for about 6-7months. I contacted the dealership through TrueCar and through a bunch of automated robots I met Sean Sotack. Sea been looking for a car for about 6-7months. I contacted the dealership through TrueCar and through a bunch of automated robots I met Sean Sotack. Sean has been an incredible advocate throughout the entire car buying process for me. I have been extremely picky and I just want to say his patience has been a virtue! (The market is terrible, especially since most dealers can tell you "this is all we have, there is no more inventory, haha, good luck")This was not the case at Mark Kia, luckily, I was able to reach out anytime a vehicle of interest to me came on to the lot and Sean was on top of it. Sean displays charisma and genuine transparency throughout the entire car buying process. The dealership itself felt way less "grimey and sleazy and greasy" like what your brain associates with dealerships. It was one of the few in the valley that treated me like a person instead of like a number. After months and months of roughing it out with Sean, I was finally able to find everything I wanted and more in a vehicle. We initiated the process, test drive, car history and working through any problems or issues that were in the history of the vehicle. I knew I liked it enough and so we got the ball rolling. We figured out all the semantics and the not fun business part that makes everyone uncomfortable. After much back and forth and speaking to people in the "tower" and finance, we were able to find a happy place on the price. Then I met Johnny Barboa (the manager on the floor), as well as Josh Spencer (the general manager), they brought the big guns out! Jk jk. Josh and Johnny were just as kind and showed they cared as well. I also met David Fatellah when I signed the paperwork and he was just as awesome! Great guy to talk to. However it was not all positive, there were definitely some major problems and hiccups before closing that occurred along the way (I drove the car off the lot and was told it was mine then received a phone call and was asked to drive it back to the dealership and sent home in an Lyft) but the dealership was able to show they cared and bring things back to a positive experience overall.
