I was extremely disappointed with your dealership. No one greeted when I entered, no one acknowledged my presence, though six people, only two of whom were working with customers, and one sitting at No one greeted when I entered, no one acknowledged my presence, though six people, only two of whom were working with customers, and one sitting at his desk on his cell phone, all ignored me. Once the male I was with entered, there were three or more loud greetings and offers to help. I was the one purchasing a vehicle, check on hand, I might add. Further, I was called and emailed and texted but one of your sales representatives, late afternoon, reference the vehicle I inquired about, that had been sold early that morning as confirmed by multiple sales representatives. I also received no help on the lot when I was there the night before. Your lot is a disorganized sea of vehicles; no distinction between new, used, trade-ins, nor customer parking could be distinguished. This location has been the worst dealership I have ever been to! We will not be returning. More

They have helped me get in to a car more then Once but unfortunately every time it’s been a problem some way or form 3 out of 4 needed work after I got them and left me stranded with bad batteries. Every time I return I get a different sell’s person managers will just hand you off and for get trying to do a deal if your not standing in there lobby because you don’t matter otherwise. But be prepared to spend minimum of 4 hours there More

Upon working on a deal, when the vehicle to be traded in was valued, the initial figure was not acceptable, and we were leaving. Then it was implied the trade-in value could be increased; therefore, we proc was valued, the initial figure was not acceptable, and we were leaving. Then it was implied the trade-in value could be increased; therefore, we proceeded with a purchase when we were provided with the purchase price and trade-in allowance, which was not adjusted. We left the building, were chased down in the parking lot, and invited into the desk manager's office to discuss. Since I had limited time available, I agreed to have a conversation. My husband and I went into the office; I was purchasing this vehicle, not my husband (these facts were known); Jacob Delaney did not acknowledge my presence and spoke directly to my husband. My husband told him he needed to speak to me; I was making the purchase, not him. But Jacob continues to disrespect me and speak to my husband. It was a Sunday afternoon, and a football game was playing on the TV in the office. I requested the game to be turned off so I could hear the conversation and was told, "No, I will not turn the game off." Again the sales manager was disrespectful by not inducing himself, acknowledging my presence, providing undivided attention, and turning off the TV. I understand it was a Sunday, but if a customer requests the game to be turned off, that is a simple thing to do when trying to do his job and make a sales deal. I guess football is more important. If it were not for the limited time I had available, the sales and finance people I would have walked. And NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM MARK KIA. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
