DeMarko showed me the new K4 that was on the showroom floor. I was blown away. The car was an EX trim color of morning haze. The exact car I had been looking at. Wasn't planning on buying that day, but I am compulsive. Anyway DeMarko was great throughout the entire sales process. Professional, polite, enformative & overall very helpful. No pressure or misinformation. Darren was also great. Actually all the associates I dealt with at the dealership were exceptional. Thanks DeMarko & I highly recommend Mark Kia. More

********For not image review******* Empty. That is what the spots at my house were for the vehicle I purchased were for over 48hours. Why, because Mark Kia couldn't figure out how to balance tires and install a battery. It has been 52hours, and the job is still not done. The ineptitude at this dealership is astonishing. Let’s back up to the beginning because what started as a decent car-buying experience quickly turned into a showcase of incompetence. Sunday, August 11th: After searching multiple sources, I found a vehicle that fit my budget and criteria. I fell for the "OnePrice No Haggle" marketing. Using their finance calculator, I calculated my potential payments and called to make an appointment to view the vehicles. Monday, August 12th: I met my sales person at noon, only to find out two of the vehicles I was interested in were no longer available. We went to test drive the third one, but the battery was dead. He charged it, and we were off. I noticed a tire issue, but otherwise, it was fine, so I decided to proceed. The Negotiation Nonsense: Despite the "OnePrice" promise, the first offer was almost double the expected amount, hidden behind a payment that was 2.5 times higher. I noticed hidden fees for LoJack, ceramic coating, keys and tint as well (ask and was told these were already embedded in the 1Price). After back-and-forth negotiations, we finally reached an agreement. I asked my sales person to ensure the tires were balanced and the battery checked. Finance and Warranty: I waited almost two hours to do paperwork. When we finally got to signing, I noticed the hidden fees were still there, adding $3K to the price (not quite 1 price). After more back and forth, we resolved it, though the manger claimed they "lost a ton of money" because I paid advertised price plus some. Despite the frustration, I felt somewhat okay about the process. The Wait Begins: Around 3:00 PM, my Sales Rep informed me the vehicle was getting tires rotated and a new battery installed. Thirty minutes later, he said it would take another 30-60 minutes. The Sales manager then mentioned the vehicle needed to go offsite for tire balancing. After returning from a break, I was informed they didn’t have a battery in stock, so it would be ready the next day. Frustrating, but I accepted it. Tuesday: By 12:00 PM, no update. I called, and was handed off to another manager, who wasn’t familiar with the situation, said he’d call back in 15 minutes. Two hours later, still no word, so I drove to the dealership. New manager informed me they had to order a new battery, and the vehicle would be ready the next day. I explained the situation from the previous day, and he blamed previous team, but said he was taking "ownership" of the issue. He promised delivery that evening, but by 7:30 PM, still no word. I called, and he said they couldn’t get the battery until the next day but assured me it was a priority. Wednesday: At 8:30 AM, Manager texted, saying he was waiting for the service manager to arrive. By 1:00 PM, I had to ask for another update. Finally, they said the battery was installed, and the tires were being balanced and rotated (again?). Now 6PM on day 3, here I am, still waiting, latest update after requesting GM or Owner is vehicle is in detail, but I am still staring out at an empty parking space. Mark Dubowy and Josh Spencer, your dealership has failed this customer with: - Misleading advertising and no recourse for unwanted products - Poor communication - Lies about the status of the vehicle - Unmet promises by multiple staff members What have I been offered? A vehicle detail before delivery—something that should be standard. What did I want? The truth! One honest person could have prevented all this frustration. At least I finally have the vehicle - although the extra services that were added on were not activated - what a scam. More
