Upon working on a deal, when the vehicle to be traded in was valued, the initial figure was not acceptable, and we were leaving. Then it was implied the trade-in value could be increased; therefore, we proc was valued, the initial figure was not acceptable, and we were leaving. Then it was implied the trade-in value could be increased; therefore, we proceeded with a purchase when we were provided with the purchase price and trade-in allowance, which was not adjusted. We left the building, were chased down in the parking lot, and invited into the desk manager's office to discuss. Since I had limited time available, I agreed to have a conversation. My husband and I went into the office; I was purchasing this vehicle, not my husband (these facts were known); Jacob Delaney did not acknowledge my presence and spoke directly to my husband. My husband told him he needed to speak to me; I was making the purchase, not him. But Jacob continues to disrespect me and speak to my husband. It was a Sunday afternoon, and a football game was playing on the TV in the office. I requested the game to be turned off so I could hear the conversation and was told, "No, I will not turn the game off." Again the sales manager was disrespectful by not inducing himself, acknowledging my presence, providing undivided attention, and turning off the TV. I understand it was a Sunday, but if a customer requests the game to be turned off, that is a simple thing to do when trying to do his job and make a sales deal. I guess football is more important. If it were not for the limited time I had available, the sales and finance people I would have walked. And NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM MARK KIA. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
Demarko was personable, friendly, cheerful, helpful and kind and know when to talk business and when to shoot the xxxx. I have been to 20 or more dealerships in the last few weeks and no one made me feel more at ease and comfortable than Demarko. He made it feel as if I'd just walked into my own home rather than a high pressure buying situation. He knows when to play his cards or keep them to his chest, he is a valuable asset to your company and his persona should be what all car salesmen stive for. I wish him the best in his future endeavors. More
We had some issues with our initial quote, but when we went back to financing, it was resolved by our financing agent Juan Rodriguez, who made up for a sales associate mistake. Because of Juan and resolving our issue I gave them three stars based on their ability to work with a customer and resolve matters rather than just tell you this is the deal. I will continue working with them to get that star rating up!! Stay tuned! More

I had previously purchased a vehicle from Frank a couple years ago. He’s listed as one of the top salesman in their organization. I emailed him looking to purchase another vehicle. Come to find out, Frank h years ago. He’s listed as one of the top salesman in their organization. I emailed him looking to purchase another vehicle. Come to find out, Frank has not been there for a while, yet they’re leaving his name and contact information on their website so that they can pillage the emails that are coming in under his name wanting to do business with him. The vehicle I went to look at was a 2020 Kia Niro with a very reasonable asking price. When I ask what the bottom dollar was, cash out the door, the price was $9000 more than the price advertised. Some of that $9000 was taxes, some of that $9000 was documentation fees, a large part of it was hidden fees of dealer options Mark Kia felt the vehicle needed. Window tinting for life, a security tracking system, which was only good for a year, and then you had to pay for a subscription to continue it, even $499 for a second set of keys. Huge disappointment, but hey, I learned a valuable lesson. Never do business with Mark Kia again. I went down the street to Chapmans and bought a 2022 from Joshua Brooks. More
I'd stay as far away from here as you possibly can. .. my 7 month pregnant fiancé went in to purchase a 2023 Sportage. She put $20k down. They pressured and pushed her into a THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLAR MARK .. my 7 month pregnant fiancé went in to purchase a 2023 Sportage. She put $20k down. They pressured and pushed her into a THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLAR MARKUP, effectively doubling the price of the car. We have tried 3 separate times to voluntarily surrender the vehicle, and now no one will even answer our calls or return our messages - presumably because they are making a small fortune off of her. We have gone in person each time, and have been treated like garbage in every instance. This has been a 5+ month endeavor Buying Manager Mike Gray has a condescending demeanor & lied directly to finance about our interactions, to which the Finance Manager Jose admitted was the case. I would not recommended working with Mike Gray GM David Clark hasn't returned our 5+ voicemails. He has pretended to not be in the office on a day that we, again, tried to surrender the vehicle onsite. I saw him with my own eyes. I would not recommend working with David Clark. Owner Mark Dubowy has not returned our outreach attempts either, and as such we have filed a formal complaint with the Chairman of Kia North America to get this matter resolved. My fiancé & I understand that it is a car dealership's job to sell vehicles and add-ons. It is critical to their bottom line. What is UNETHICAL in this scenario is that we have attempted numerous times to surrender this vehicle at a substantial personal loss , and now no one wants to respond. They took advantage of a pregnant woman with a large cashiers check & are now trying to squeeze it for everything that it's worth. Even if you've looked at every other dealership in the valley, I would recommend you consider purchasing a unicycle as your daily commuter before ever doing business with Mark Kia.
