Today I went with elderly parents to this dealership to buy an advertised car. The dealership wanted nearly a thousand more than their price on the internet, but it was a nice car so we entered negotiations. We were then subjected to numerous games and tricks, rather than receiving a straight forward answer to our offer. They took our trade-in car's title to copy the VIN, and we didn't notice the sales manager slipping the title into his pocket. After wasting nearly an hour of our time without once providing an actual counteroffer, we left. Later, when we realised that they had out car title, we went back and were treated very rudely. The manager told us that he had the title in his pocket, but he would not even pull it out when we requested it. He insisted on trying to talk us into overpaying for the car for several minutes. When we tried to leave, he followed us out to our car, saying that he could offer more for a trade-in and he took our car keys to give to his mechanic. 5 minutes later he had't returned and we nearly had to force him to give our keys back. He then chased us to the parking lot, saying that he could meet our desired price, but all trust was lost by then and we drove away from the worst car dealer experience in our parent's 50 plus years of buying cars. The rating of '1' was given because of the dishonesty of all 3 people that we worked with there. More
While I did purchase my vehicle from this location and had an OK experience, every time I have brought my vehicle here for service I have had nothing but trouble. Everytime I call I get the run around, a had an OK experience, every time I have brought my vehicle here for service I have had nothing but trouble. Everytime I call I get the run around, and feel that I am begging for service instead of being provded customer service that I deserve. When I leave my car there for repair, I am the one who constantly has to call and check on the progress as I NEVER hear from them to keep me posted as to what is going on and when I can get my car back. Because my extended warranty is with them, I am forced to use their service department and dread it everytime I go back. A little communication could go a long way, and for some reason they don't understand that. I don't think I have ever returned to pick up my car without having to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. The last time I had to pick my car up I got their 5 minutes before they closed and my interaction with them was full of sighs as if I was keeping them there until their closing time instead of being able to leave early. Mark of Mark Kia/Mitsubishi is a very wealthy man that has no regard for the kind of service his employees provide to us "regular" people. Dissapointing and sad. More
I received the worst service ever from this dealership. First they lied about getting a certain color soon(they had it in 1 week). Then they took almost 5 weeks to pay off the trade in so I had to continue First they lied about getting a certain color soon(they had it in 1 week). Then they took almost 5 weeks to pay off the trade in so I had to continue to make payments untill they finnally paid that off. Then they never returned phone calls and i had to make several stops into the dealership to get any answers. They also missed problems with the car at the 12,000 mile inspection. I will neverreturn here. More
I bought my car in October and it is now March 15th, I have paid for tags and license plate which has yet to be sent to me. My tags first expired in November and I had to drive around with expired plates have paid for tags and license plate which has yet to be sent to me. My tags first expired in November and I had to drive around with expired plates for 10 days before they sent me temporary tags. Now my temporary tags expired on 03/02/06 and I have been driving around with expired plates again. I have called there company several times and every time I do I am told I will receive them shortly and never do. Not to mention they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Please advise yourself of this place and do not use them! More

The hoses to my brake fluid reservior looked funny, so I went to my local Midas. The manager tested the fluid and it was fine, so he figured the exterior of the hoses had been splashed or touched with oil, went to my local Midas. The manager tested the fluid and it was fine, so he figured the exterior of the hoses had been splashed or touched with oil, power steering fluid, or something.<br><br>I therefore ordered a new brake fluid reservior and connecting hoses from Mitsu ($53). After the parts finally arrived, I went into Mark Mitsu (the Glendale store) to have these 3 small parts installed. I expected it to take 10 minutes and cost $20 or so for the labor.<br><br>After 20 minutes, Nathan Boisvert came out with a 2-page computer printout listing tons of parts & labor totaling more than $2000, claiming the brake fluid was contaminated. Shocked and disgusted at the obvious fraud, I left.<br><br>I then went to Midas and had the parts installed (no charge) and the brake fluid flushed just in case ($44). The brakes have been fine ever since.<br><br>I will never go to Mark Mitsu again. More
I went in to purchase a Galant for my daughter and a full size Montero for me, I end up having to co-sign for her because of her credit appeared not to be o.k. I ask how was that possible when she had full size Montero for me, I end up having to co-sign for her because of her credit appeared not to be o.k. I ask how was that possible when she had purchased three auto before this one. So I co-signed and she got her car, I got my Montero for about three weeks, then it happened, after 2700 miles of driving, I was asked to return my Montero because I was not approved. WHAT!!!!!! my car was sold somewhere in Arizona in which it had to be found and brought back by this same dealership, less my floor mats @ $96.00 a set and a totally demolished shift boot @ $47.00 from Nissan. I was informed that I would be reimbursed by a former manager and never saw it. I made several phone calss and all I got was that a complete staff had been released and a new crew was running the show, WAS I TICKED OFF????? Yes, now it was time for war. I never got reimbursed for anything and my daughter kept her car and I took several unauthorized hits on the FICO score and what use to be above average credit is now an IT's not our fault you did not get financed. I just want to say thanks to Mark Mitsubishi Scottsdale for screwing me over, what comes around goes around in the Court of Law, see ya soon!!!! More
