Arrived, test drove the car (still on the lot), came to an agreement, ready to sign and the manager discovered that the car had already been sold. To say my son was disappointed is an understatement we understand things happen but why was the car still on the lot? Why didn't the selling salesman pull it off, maybe communicate with whomever to remove it from inventory so we would not have wasted our time driving there and also running our credit. I am not one to usually write bad reviews but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. This dealership ended up making things right and that we appreciate that tremendously. Thank you! More

I was extremely disappointed with your dealership. Once the male I was with entered, there were three or more loud greetings and offers to help. I was the one purchasing a vehicle, check on hand, I might add. Further, I was called and emailed and texted but one of your sales representatives, late afternoon, reference the vehicle I inquired about, that had been sold early that morning as confirmed by multiple sales representatives. I also received no help on the lot when I was there the night before. Your lot is a disorganized sea of vehicles; no distinction between new, used, trade-ins, nor customer parking could be distinguished. This location has been the worst dealership I have ever been to! We will not be returning. More

They have helped me get in to a car more then Once but unfortunately every time it’s been a problem some way or form 3 out of 4 needed work after I got them and left me stranded with bad batteries.
