I purchased my Kia Sedona from AAA when my old car was falling apart....was not convinced it was the car I wanted....BUT....it still had 3 yrs warranty left, they worked with me price and financing... falling apart....was not convinced it was the car I wanted....BUT....it still had 3 yrs warranty left, they worked with me price and financing... That being said my experience with the Kia dealership has been mostly service.... and I also had two repairs that were under warranty....all my visits were really good. My Wife and I were looking for a older reliable car for my step son. We had been to at least 6 different dealers and searching the internet. Found a car online that was a possibility at Mark Kia and went t my step son. We had been to at least 6 different dealers and searching the internet. Found a car online that was a possibility at Mark Kia and went to check it out, where I first met one of the managers Eric very nice and professional, he introduced us to"Dublin" real name Ciaran as our salesman. Most car sales people get a bad rap because they deserve it, not going in to all the details but if you've shopped for cars you know what I mean. Every once in a while (Read Rarely) you do however come across someone who is actually knowledgeable and sincerely helps you buy a car and not trying to sell you oner. Which when you think about it there is a hugh difference, THe car we were looking at was a little older than what we wanted but was in exceptional condition. When Dublin mentioned that a limited but acceptable 3 month warranty was included and oil changes for a year it made the decision that much easier. Negotiating was straight forward with no smoke and mirrors and at this stage of the process met another manager Chad, also very professional and pleasant to work with. Believe me I am not a push over, being in sales myself and found the overall experience a positive one. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and would most definitely return & recommend Mark Kia and Dublin if your in the market for a new or used car.
