I needed my vehicle ready in a timely manner, and it definatly was. Everyone was extremely friendly, and when I pulled up, I was greeted by name! I won a new Kia in a radio station contest and went to Mark Kia to pick it up. Even though the people there weren't getting a commission off of the transaction, they couldn't have been nicer to deal with Mark Kia to pick it up. Even though the people there weren't getting a commission off of the transaction, they couldn't have been nicer to deal with and went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer for the next ten years. The paperwork was a little bit different than a normal sale but there were no delays. In fact, I was out of there in much less time than the last time I bought a car. Jason Smith helped a lot by showing me the features in the new Optima (which is a great car, by the way!), programming the first phone for Bluetooth and making sure I knew what I was doing before I drove off the lot. All in all, everybody at Mark Kia did a great job and I'll recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a great new car. More

Dave from the Service Department was very helpful and accomodating to me when I brought my Sorrento in for service and warranty work. I did not realize the appointment was going to be very lengthy, so I accomodating to me when I brought my Sorrento in for service and warranty work. I did not realize the appointment was going to be very lengthy, so I had not made arrangements to leave for the day. He provided me with a loaner vehicle for the day without me asking. I continue to come back to this location because they treat me so well and really take care of me. I had a problem with my car about a year ago that I couldn't figure out. I had gone to Big 0 Tires and s treat me so well and really take care of me. I had a problem with my car about a year ago that I couldn't figure out. I had gone to Big 0 Tires and spent a lot of money (close to $1000) and the problem still wasn't fixed. I went to Mark Kia and they fixed it with 1 visit. And then when a light went on I brought it back and they fixed the whole thing for free (it was related to the same problem). Always am treated with respect and feel like I can trust my car with them and they won't try to rip me off. More

The firt time I went in for service the person I dealt with was not very freindly. His attitude got even worse after I said I would not get all the work done now because i just dont have the money. After I got the money together I took my car back for the service they recommended and oh how the he was so happy to see me and very friendly to me. So I guess as long as you have the money and do what they say they will treat you well. More
Always feel like I am getting an honest deal and quality work. And the coffee in the waiting room is very good.
