We schedule our service appointments online, and when we get to the dealership, the service tech is always friendly and has our paperwork ready to go. The work that has been done on our car has always been done in a timely manner. The waiting room is clean, and they always have a variety of magazines, and popcorn for the customers who are waiting. I was fifteen minutes late for the appointment and the service advisor still was able to get me in. I purchased my Kia Sedona from AAA when my old car was falling apart....was not convinced it was the car I wanted....BUT....it still had 3 yrs warranty left, they worked with me price and financing... falling apart....was not convinced it was the car I wanted....BUT....it still had 3 yrs warranty left, they worked with me price and financing...
