Mr. Golle greeted me by name and knew why I was there. He was professional, punctual, and delived my car in great shape earlier than promised. I have taken past cars to dealers for service at Honda, Volvo, Ford, and Chevy dealersships. Every time at THOSE dealerships I have left feeling violated and ripped off. NOT HERE AT MARK KIA!! Mark Kia and Mr. Golle know that a hundred bucks is a hundred bucks where we all come from, and they respect my budget and my car. Take your car to these guys today!!! More
I have always been very satisfied at Mark Kia and have recommened this dealership to friends. I love the Sedona, plan on keeping it as it has only 16000 miles is just turned 5 years old. Matt Marrow did a fabulous job with me. I like his calm demeanor and forthrightness. He got me the best price possible, showed me many features of the Kia Soul Plus and treated me very well. The service guys take good care of you. They don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need and they also check things you don't ask them to, just to make sure everything is okay. This is the second vehicle (Kia Sorento) we've purchased through Mark Kia in Scottsdale, AZ and we can't say enough about this dealership. We still have the first vehicle purchased in 2006 and have been ex through Mark Kia in Scottsdale, AZ and we can't say enough about this dealership. We still have the first vehicle purchased in 2006 and have been extremely happy with the service department throughout the last five years. We have been loyal in bringing our current vehicle to Mark Kia for service and we will continue doing the same with our newest vehicle (Kia Sorento). I stand by my rating of 5's in all respects regarding the dealership, especially Bruce Johnson, as he sold us our first Kia Sorento 5 years ago; we were happily surprised that he was still there when we called and asked for him this time (yes, we kept his card in our vehicle file); that says it all about how Mark Kia treats their employees as well! The location of Mark Kia is extremely easy to get to, and the Service Department is the friendliest service department I have ever been to! The reason I rated the "Price" a 4 is only because 5 years ago there were a few more incentives and we were able to get into the same vehicle for less $$$. However, we are seeing now that there is plenty of "bang to the buck" with our new Sorento LX and Bruce did all he could possibly do, price wise. I have been referring people to Mark Kia since our first purchase in 2006 and will continue to do so in 2012 moving forward. My Kia Soul ac broke @21k miles. A mystery to me but a quick fix from Allen and his crew. He was so amazing and polite! I was very worried about this and he calmed me down and fit me it as soon as I coul quick fix from Allen and his crew. He was so amazing and polite! I also gave him some other concerns including car still pulls to right since I bought it w/zero miles and my radio does crazy stuff. The car drives so smooth now, radio doesn't have any issues and the ac is cold and working. THANK YOU to Allen. He is wonderful. I also want to extend a THANK YOU to Bruce for driving me to the mall w/my daughter and making me laugh. I thank you Allen and Bruce!! More
