Other area dealers lost out and couldn't compete, simple as that. The dealership didn't get in their own way and cost them my purchase either. Just held firm to what I wanted and at a FAIR price for all and we painlessly closed the deal in a day, no run around, no deception, no unfulfilled promises, like I started with - Amazing! Wouldn't of thought it possible. The dealer immediately earned my service business with my 30,000 mile checkup on my 2011 yr Kia Optima. For the service department, well, I have to say they attempted to oversell my wife on fluid flushes and unneeded service expenses and she waited over 2.5 hours on a promise of an hour's turnaround but still that is what it is, not surprised. Jose Gandara met me there and offered to take care of the problem. He estimated how much time it would take and I decided to wait in the lounge until it was finished.
