I called the dealership and was promptly given to Johnny Rodriguez. We talked through the financing of the Kia Optima. He took care of everything and gave me a great deal with terms. Matty was fantastic at taking care of the details of the car and picked me up on Wednesday. He then explained each feature of the car. While I was signing the paperwork he was finishing preparing the car. My experience with Mark Kia has been fantastic and I would recommend them highly!! More
If you are around Tempe AZ ara, avoid this dealer and instead go to Tempe Autoplex. I had the worst experience dealing with these guys and I regret why didn't go to Kia Tempe. Sara conferenced with me online and I found her pleasant and not pushy at all. She answered my questions and suggested I come to the dealership to talk more and look at the Kia Soul's. She greeted me enthusiastically and introduced mr to "Nemo" to further my search. We worked diligently for 4 hours to get what I wanted in a new Kia. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, which was Dune color Kia Soul+ and added a sunroof. I will receive my new Kia within 2 weeks and can't wait to get behind the wheel. Thanks to Sara for her interest in me, Nemo for the sale, and the finance department for finishing off the great experience. Our Kia Sedona, with only 35,000 miles had to be towed in on a Friday afternoon. My husband, who is a technician, told them what was wrong with the van. Since it was under warranty, they had to do the repair on a Friday afternoon. My husband, who is a technician, told them what was wrong with the van. Since it was under warranty, they had to do the repairs. We were told that if they couldn't get a loaner that day, we would get one right away on monday. Four seperate messages were left on Monday for the status of the van ad to check on a loaner. Nobody returne our call. Finally, Tuesday morning, we were called and they said they were finally looking at it, And that nobody told us we would receive a loaner. (we were told on Friday, that Monday morning would be the latest it would be looked at). Finally at noon, we were told it needed a starter (exactly what my husband told them it needed) and that they would have to order the part. It would be at least two more days. They were not accommodating whatsoever, and we're actually quite rude. We will NEVER go to this dealership again. More

The only good thing about this dealership was Jacob the salesman. He was a hard working young kid who had to deal with the poor service of this dealership. I would recommend buying your car from any other dealership, but if you go to Mark Kia, ask for Jacob. Only honest guy in the joint! More

I had such a good experience that I really want to share it! I went through the Costco program, Ciaran "Dublin" O'Murchu called me within 24 hours to set up an appointment. He was waiting for me when I ar it! I went through the Costco program, Ciaran "Dublin" O'Murchu called me within 24 hours to set up an appointment. He was waiting for me when I arrived and I felt comfortable with him right away. I hadn't purchased a new car in 19 years and I was unfamiliar with the new cars but I was very interested in Kia's Consumer Reports ratings as well as their warranty. Ciaran was extremely patient as I went from model to model trying to find a car that would suit me. After getting in and out of so many cars I was getting somewhat conflicted thinking that none of them were going to be right for me. Ciaran did not give up on me, he encouraged me to check out the Forte 5 Door even though I had wanted a sedan. I really liked the rear visibility, the spacious cabin and the fold-down rear seats. The test drive went great but it was a more expensive trim than I wanted. Ciaran found another Forte 5 Door at another dealer and had it brought to Mark Kia for me. I went to get it this morning and I must say that I loved the car at first sight. Ciaran moved the car so I could drive straight out of the dealership and he even did a little bit of touch up cleaning before I left. I appreciate everything about his customer service which included all kinds of helpful information about the car, the warranty, the road assistance, etc. I know that there has to be a team to pull off this kind of service so I'd like to recognize Mandy Ketner and Sarah for all they did to make my purchase happen. The drive home was wonderful and it reinforced my belief that I got the right car. I initially didn't want to travel that far to a dealership but it really was worth it. Thanks Sarah, Mandy and Ciaran!! More

I had spoken to other Kia dealerships but because of Mandy's friendliness we went to Mark Kia. through the dealership and she was very helpful. Any questions we had he was happy to answer. He as well as other employees were very sweet and helpful to our 15 month old daughter.
