You had better bring your accountant and lawyer with you to check the paperwork because these people are smooth-talking and by the time you get home it won't be what you expected. Be very careful that you u to check the paperwork because these people are smooth-talking and by the time you get home it won't be what you expected. Be very careful that you understand 100% of the paperwork. Remember, NET trade-in is amount they are giving you for your car. If you have a amount to be paid off this needs to be subtracted from the NET amount to get the amount that will actually be applied towards your new car, not the NET amount. The way they use NET is backwards it seems to me. They seem to have Gross and Net mixed up. Also, if you trade in a vehicle (DON'T) they will give you an insulting amount for your car. For example, maybe 40 percent lower than what KBB says the TRADE-IN (not private sale) should be. I even used TrueCar.com to guarantee the price thinking that would help. It would have if I didn't do the trade in. They were dazzled me with their non-intuitive lingo and tax return like financial paperwork. I can explain the financials in 10 lines, they take 3-4 pages of letter sized paper to describe it just so there is no way you can figure it out while you sit there signing paper after paper. After all this, I asked them to give me my trade-in back and they flat refused. They said they wanted me to be happy, but that is lie in my opinion. I asked them, if they would through in the extended warranty, but they wouldn't. They did take a $150 off though. The only problem is why in the world would I ever want to give them one more cent or ever see that dealership again. They are friendly as can be until they don't get their way. I can't stress enough, make sure you UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. Come back the next day if you have to. More

Worked with Ron Ellis via email and when I decided to come down and visit to run some numbers I was paired with Joe. Joe was amazing on making deals to get me closed up that day. They offered a fair amou come down and visit to run some numbers I was paired with Joe. Joe was amazing on making deals to get me closed up that day. They offered a fair amount for my trade and we shook on a 2012 Kia Optima that had 800 miles on it and was told it was a manager's demo. The sticker had another dealerships name printed on it so I knew Joe was lying to me but brushed it off as I was love-struck with the new car. Before going into finance my new car was pulled up front after being washed. While inspecting it I noticed two dents and multiple rock chips on the hood. I was told it would all be fixed and I felt like I just wasted 3 hours of my time there. At that point I just wanted to leave and I had to basically demand my Scion I was trading in to be brought back up front so I could leave! Joe promised he would make it right and would talk to his managers and call me later that day, he didn't. I actually called Ron the day after and he said he was with another customer and would call me back in 15 mins. Two days went by and not a peep from Joe or Ron. Don't waste your time. I thought my overall experience was good. I walked in think'n I could get lower but they explained aalot to me and were very, very helpful even when I wanted to walk out. Also I like the 30 days that I think'n I could get lower but they explained aalot to me and were very, very helpful even when I wanted to walk out. Also I like the 30 days that I have to pay the down payment that works for a lot of people.so yeah I liked it and thought it was a good choice. Oh only thing I didn't like was hen they cleaned it they didn't do a very good job. Windows were all smeared & the inside was dusty but its nothing I can't do on my own just thought they cleaned it before giving to the customer More
My experience with Mark Kia was great. I got the vehicle I wanted for a great price, even rolling $3200.00 negative equity into the new vehicle I still got it for $600.00 less than msrp. This is my second I wanted for a great price, even rolling $3200.00 negative equity into the new vehicle I still got it for $600.00 less than msrp. This is my second experience with this dealer, my first being the Mark Mitsubishi side of the house and I will definitely return again. I would recommend this dealer to other people...also the sales staff are not paid on commision so you don't get that high pressure sales tactic that you are used to getting. More
I have purchased a 2013 Optima and the purchase of the vehicle was one of the easiest transactions that my husband and I have experienced. We have run into a bit of a snag with the tinting portion of the vehicle was one of the easiest transactions that my husband and I have experienced. We have run into a bit of a snag with the tinting portion of the vehicle. Since the vehicle had just arrived we purchased before the windows could be tinted and the day of purchase we did not have the time to tint the windows so, we were told to return for the tinting to be done. I returned to have the tinting completed after being told by The Tint Man (company used by Mark Kia for tinting) that they would be able to tint the windows that day only to find that the tinting was closed for the day. I made another trip the next day to have the windows tinted. After the tinting was completed the stripping around the sun roof became pinched so I made the trip back to have that looked at as well as a the tint in the drivers window fixed. I was given a tank of fuel for the inconvenience that was experienced with having the tinting completed and had to schedule an appointment for the next day to have the stripping fixed as well as the tint. I arrived the next day at 10am for my appointment and the repairs were completed around 12:30pm but unfortunately, during the repair for the stripping the windshield was damaged resulting in a crack that ran through the driver's field of vision. Normally this would not have been any kind of problem but due to the newness of the vehicle the glass can only be purchased through KIA and will not be in until mid-week the following week. After trying to come up with alternative solutions the end result was that I would be given a loaner vehicle (which is not as nice as my Optima) to drive until the windshield can be repaired. My family has a trip planned to go to CA so, we will be taking it in the loaner vehicle rather than our new 2013 Optima. We bought the car on Saturday, July 21, made trips back to Mark Kia on July 23, 24, 26, 27 and right now I driving a loaner Sorento. Although, I would like to be driving my new Optima; at this point, I think that the team at Mark KIA has tried to do all they can for a series of unfortunate events that have occurred. More

Best car buying experience I've had in my 20+ years of buying cars!!! I extremely dislike buying cars, car dealerships and car salespeople. Mark Kia participates in the Costco Auto program and Jack contac buying cars!!! I extremely dislike buying cars, car dealerships and car salespeople. Mark Kia participates in the Costco Auto program and Jack contacted us from Mark Kia, we made an appointment, came in and he offered us a totally fair no haggle price for our 2013 Kia Soul. Brandi, and the service department, has been a pleasure to work with. I've had them take care of two different warranty issues. Both times they've been able to schedule me in quickly. Unfortunately, my experience buying my first real car was a horrible experience. I worked with Jacob Delaney on a pre-owned Kia Sportage. During the test drive and negotiating process, Jacob stated that the a horrible experience. I worked with Jacob Delaney on a pre-owned Kia Sportage. During the test drive and negotiating process, Jacob stated that the car had no accidents on its record. I asked for the Car Fax which unfortunately was not given to me for three days. Shame on me for not insisting on getting it prior to completing the deal. When I received the car fax, it was because I was at the dealership getting repair work done on my Kia Sportage that I had owned for 3 days. During the test drive, the ESC OFF light was one and Jacob stated it was a setting. This is true; however, the light would not turn off when the setting button was changed. The dealership had to replace two parts in order for the ESC to work appropriately. The car fax reported that the car had a rear end collsion on its record and when I inquired about this, Jacob and Chad Seymore played it off as no big deal. I spoke with Chad directly and he was very clear that it was my fault for not pulling the car fax prior to completing the deal and there was nothing that could be done. Not only was the conversation condescending and rude, it also provided absolutely no option for us to reach a compromise where I could be happy with my purchase. I reached out to the General Manager, Joshua Spencer, and at least was provided with some customer service. He offered to have the rear of the car examined to ensure that the frame wasn't damaged and the support behind the bumper was not cracked. This was completed and the car was deemed safe. I appreciated the gesture; however, in my eyes this was due diligence that the dealership should have done before putting the car on the lot. My final conversation with Joshua was unfortunately very similar to the tone of my conversation with Chad. I told Joshua that the fact that I know that he has an oustanding service department and oustanding body shop only two weeks into owning the car, was very concerning. He said that he couldn't change the past and that he had done everything to fix the situation and we left it at that. In all honesty, that is crap. I bought a car with the information that it was never in a car accident and it had been. The price I negotiated was based off of that information. I would not have purchased this car knowing it had an accident on it but unfortunately I cannot return it or renegotiate the price. Mark Kia, according to Joshua Spencer, has done everything that they could do. In my eyes, all their 'service recovery' efforts were the due diligence they should have done prior to selling the car. It is quite clear that I was not a valued customer and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone else. On a positive note, the service department and body shop really are quite good. They are attentive and genuinely geared towards guest satisfaction. More
