🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 stars for Mark KIA! ! Bought my 2017 BMW 4 series from them recently. It has been an outstanding experience from start to finish! Having read some reviews, I DO NOT agree ! Bought my 2017 BMW 4 series from them recently. It has been an outstanding experience from start to finish! Having read some reviews, I DO NOT agree with those “lazy” opinions as they do not reflect any moment of my process. I bought through Auto Trader, trusting the posting, the Car Fax, the pictures, & most importantly the people who served me! Lindsey Perry responded as soon as I hit send on my inquiry. Follow up was amazing. Brad White supported her to get to most incredible Finance Manager I have ever worked with Juan Rodriguez! He texted me on process, worked out minor details. His amazing service after the sale is just phenomenal. Johnny Borboa sales manager was incredibly helpful after delivery for the final details in transition. Overall, any negative feedback is just an unreasonable person not allowing these passionate people serve them & make things right! Try them for yourself, you will not be disappointed!💯🙏🏽👊🏽 More

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership but wasn't able to pick it up for 5 days due to needed servicing. Every single question we asked the salesperson he did not know the answer to and stated he ha able to pick it up for 5 days due to needed servicing. Every single question we asked the salesperson he did not know the answer to and stated he had to ask his supervisor. Attempted to upsell additional tint, window etching and a lojack device, which we were not interested in. When the supervisor came over he said sorry you have to pay for this stuff as it is standard but he did not know we had already test drove the vehicle and no, it was not standard. At that point we were ready to just walk off the lot and actually started to. We should have followed our instincts and and kept walking. I now have possession of the vehicle but they didn't fix a chip in the windshield like they said they would, I also only have one key and absolutely not one single piece of paper or documentation as to the sale or warranty of the vehicle despite multiple calls. The last four vehicles I have purchased have been through the same salesperson (different dealership) but unfortunately he retired five years ago. More
Horrible. Kaiden was our sales person, he tried to up sell us on all their over priced garbage, $700 tint, $700 for theft gadget etc. Car was listed for 22k, h Kaiden was our sales person, he tried to up sell us on all their over priced garbage, $700 tint, $700 for theft gadget etc. Car was listed for 22k, he came back at 29k. We finally got it to 25k, I left my mother there to sign the final paperwork and of course she got the super salesy finance xxxxxx pushing her to buy all the typical crap. He then sends her off with 0 paperwork, no flash drive. They were quick to drive her to the bank to get cash, but couldn’t take ten minutes to walk her through how to operate the touch screen. Just sent a 65 year old women off with nothing. I have text the sales person repeatedly, spoke with several members of management, the girl at the front desk, and who knows who else. It has been over a month and we still have zero paperwork aside from one document. The sales receipt. All of the documents that the finance guy had her initial and sign, we have never seen. They didn’t even let her know that her registration was already in the glove box. It is absolutely disgusting to see how these people treat customers after they have their money. The best part: the sales guy says, if I can get this to 25k, you will give me a five star review, right? Like he’s doing us a favor? Lol “I’m on your side” “im representing you” More
Long but interesting story. I looked at the electric KIA around 4-5 months ago at Mark KIA. The car was in the show room, white with a black top. Another month passed and b I looked at the electric KIA around 4-5 months ago at Mark KIA. The car was in the show room, white with a black top. Another month passed and because the salesman called me again I went back and looked at the same car again. It still hadn't sold. Price was now MSRP and not 8k over MSRP as the previous month. I still couldn't pull the trigger. Anyway, by month 3 the salesman called me and said the same car was now 6k below MSRP. I went in and agreed to purchase it. While I was doing all the paperwork the manager walks up to the desk and said I have bad news. They sold the car!! I said, "you have to be kidding". What must have happened is they sold it to some sucker at MSRP to have sold it as I was buying it. For three months that car sat in the showroom and didn't sell until the morning I said I'd buy it. Needless to say, I walked out and have discussed this with all my friends that couldn't believe how miserable that dealership was. Thank you Mark KIA, as I walked out and bought a VOLVO XC40 from the nicest people I've ever met at any dealership. S. Wiener More
We had a deal going with Mark Kia on a 2021 Shelby GT500. Trade in was priced perfect and we had obtained the perfect financing. They even offered to ship the car by splitting the costs. Well when deals a Trade in was priced perfect and we had obtained the perfect financing. They even offered to ship the car by splitting the costs. Well when deals are too good to be true they really are. Come to find out after doing some research and calling around. The perfect car they were trying to sell us turned out to be smoked in after we repeatedly asked and it was a lemon. Calling a previous mechanic that worked on this car it had multiple cylinder misfires. They were going to sucker out of state people with a sight unseen car that had major issues. The best thing is when we called them on it that car was removed from the website within a day or two. They were not remorseful when we called them out on it. Now fast forward to a couple of weeks later. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them on two other Shelby’s that they had listed on their website. They seemed like they were willing to work out another deal with us but they reduced our trade in value by three thousand dollars. But they lowered the price of the Shelby to make it good. So ok we understood that and we were willing to overlook that. But just last week we had enough of their “run around” and deceptive practices. One of the Shelby’s we were interested in was sitting at another dealership getting repaired as I found out from a salesman that was sending me pictures. When I called and talked to the manger he deceived me saying the car was siting on their lot when asked to prove it he finally came clean and said it was in the shop at another dealership getting repaired. I did get irritated because I was just asking them question and I caught him fabricating that the car was on their lot. My husband and I decided to work a deal out on one of the other Shelbys that they had listed. So after calling them out on the one vehicle, I received a text that we were no longer to deal with the salesman or the manager that we were to just souly deal with the owner. So that night I called the owner before he left for the day talk to him he was very cordial seemed like we were getting ready to work out a plan. He put me with one of his other salesman that assured me that they would get videos because all we wanted to know was tire size and what type of rims are on the car for just verification since they were aftermarket rims and tires. All of the sudden the whole night past and we didn’t receive anything. So long story short as we were working out the deal with this other Shelby we came to find out that when we had a mechanic go over to look at it just to verify that everything was OK that car mysteriously disappeared from their car lot so our mechanic couldn’t even go and check it out. He couldn’t find it after calling several different car lots nobody knew where this car was located. I was sent one final text that the deal was off because we asked too many questions calling my tone threatening and demanding attitude. Shouldn’t honesty be the best policy and we believe that there’s no such thing as too many questions when buying sight unseen. So in conclusion, if you ever want to deal with this dealership, make sure you ask as many questions as you possibly can because never take face value of what they say and do your own research. This is an untrustworthy dealership. More

I had plenty of time to feel out the vehicle, with no pressure. He also did everything in his power to speed up the financing step as much as he could - as well as fixing an issue with the tire pressure sensor. After talking to many other dealerships before coming to this one, I can definitely see why this one is one of the best in the valley. More
Dealer valued my trade based on photos and vin check. I drove across town to see the vehicle. The vehicle has significant rust. I chose a second vehicle and my trade was soon devalued by 8500. Explanatio I drove across town to see the vehicle. The vehicle has significant rust. I chose a second vehicle and my trade was soon devalued by 8500. Explanations given for the devaluation were obscure and a surprise to friends in the industry. After I posted a google review, I was offered a tank of gas to remove it. Unethical. More
