My 2011 Kia Optima's battery was dead and I needed help quickly! Within 30 minutes Kia Roadside Assistance had sent someone to assess the problem and jump the battery. Jose Gandara met me there and offered to take care of the problem. He estimated how much time it would take and I decided to wait in the lounge until it was finished.
