The sales process of four hours, was met. The vehicle was delivered missing one set of keys, and the owner manual and warranty booklet, and whatever else comes with a new vehicle. The sales person assur was delivered missing one set of keys, and the owner manual and warranty booklet, and whatever else comes with a new vehicle. The sales person assured that they would either find the other set of keys or order new one. The will require us to bring the vehicle back to the dealership so the new keys can get programmed. He further stated that new booklets whould have to be ordered since the dealership has no others. Mr Flynn was curtious, knowledgeable in the product. I apologised about no second set of keys and no vehilce owners and warranty manual. Thanks More
Highly recommend this dealership. They were honest, fair and treated us with respect throughout the sales process. No hard sell tactics. They worked hard to keep us happy throughout. and treated us with respect throughout the sales process. No hard sell tactics. They worked hard to keep us happy throughout. More
Jack was great to work with, he even showed up early to work to accomodate my schedule. He was not pushy at all. I had been to other dealers and was frustrated at how aggressive the salesmen were, and eve work to accomodate my schedule. He was not pushy at all. I had been to other dealers and was frustrated at how aggressive the salesmen were, and even bad mouthed other car dealers. I told Jack my price range and what I was looking for and he met my needs without trying to put me in a more expensive car. More
Great attitude - Truly looking to earn your business. Abdul did an outstanding job, as did the finance person. They take the angst out of purchasing a new vehicle. Abdul did an outstanding job, as did the finance person. They take the angst out of purchasing a new vehicle. More
You had better bring your accountant and lawyer with you to check the paperwork because these people are smooth-talking and by the time you get home it won't be what you expected. Be very careful that you u to check the paperwork because these people are smooth-talking and by the time you get home it won't be what you expected. Be very careful that you understand 100% of the paperwork. Remember, NET trade-in is amount they are giving you for your car. If you have a amount to be paid off this needs to be subtracted from the NET amount to get the amount that will actually be applied towards your new car, not the NET amount. The way they use NET is backwards it seems to me. They seem to have Gross and Net mixed up. Also, if you trade in a vehicle (DON'T) they will give you an insulting amount for your car. For example, maybe 40 percent lower than what KBB says the TRADE-IN (not private sale) should be. I even used TrueCar.com to guarantee the price thinking that would help. It would have if I didn't do the trade in. They were dazzled me with their non-intuitive lingo and tax return like financial paperwork. I can explain the financials in 10 lines, they take 3-4 pages of letter sized paper to describe it just so there is no way you can figure it out while you sit there signing paper after paper. After all this, I asked them to give me my trade-in back and they flat refused. They said they wanted me to be happy, but that is lie in my opinion. I asked them, if they would through in the extended warranty, but they wouldn't. They did take a $150 off though. The only problem is why in the world would I ever want to give them one more cent or ever see that dealership again. They are friendly as can be until they don't get their way. I can't stress enough, make sure you UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. Come back the next day if you have to. More
Great experience, very fair good price. My salesperson Blake was excellent. Finance experience was also excellent. My vehicle was presented in a perfect condition. Would highly recommend. Worked with Ron Ellis via email and when I decided to come down and visit to run some numbers I was paired with Joe. Joe was amazing on making deals to get me closed up that day. They offered a fair amou come down and visit to run some numbers I was paired with Joe. Joe was amazing on making deals to get me closed up that day. They offered a fair amount for my trade and we shook on a 2012 Kia Optima that had 800 miles on it and was told it was a manager's demo. The sticker had another dealerships name printed on it so I knew Joe was lying to me but brushed it off as I was love-struck with the new car. Before going into finance my new car was pulled up front after being washed. While inspecting it I noticed two dents and multiple rock chips on the hood. I was told it would all be fixed and I felt like I just wasted 3 hours of my time there. At that point I just wanted to leave and I had to basically demand my Scion I was trading in to be brought back up front so I could leave! Joe promised he would make it right and would talk to his managers and call me later that day, he didn't. I actually called Ron the day after and he said he was with another customer and would call me back in 15 mins. Two days went by and not a peep from Joe or Ron. Don't waste your time. I thought my overall experience was good. I walked in think'n I could get lower but they explained aalot to me and were very, very helpful even when I wanted to walk out. Also I like the 30 days that I think'n I could get lower but they explained aalot to me and were very, very helpful even when I wanted to walk out. Also I like the 30 days that I have to pay the down payment that works for a lot of people.so yeah I liked it and thought it was a good choice. Oh only thing I didn't like was hen they cleaned it they didn't do a very good job. Windows were all smeared & the inside was dusty but its nothing I can't do on my own just thought they cleaned it before giving to the customer More
My experience with Mark Kia was great. I got the vehicle I wanted for a great price, even rolling $3200.00 negative equity into the new vehicle I still got it for $600.00 less than msrp. This is my second I wanted for a great price, even rolling $3200.00 negative equity into the new vehicle I still got it for $600.00 less than msrp. This is my second experience with this dealer, my first being the Mark Mitsubishi side of the house and I will definitely return again. I would recommend this dealer to other people...also the sales staff are not paid on commision so you don't get that high pressure sales tactic that you are used to getting. More
