New vehicle purchase experience went very smooth. Jacob worked very hard to get the deal done without being pushy at all or the "stereo-typical" car salesman. Very pleasant person to work with. Although we ended the day with a new car, I would not count this as a great experience. We were shifted amongst three salesman and spent three hours nogotiating a deal only to find out that their attenti count this as a great experience. Jose in service was great. He always followed up with me when he had new information. I was looking for floor mats and they thought they had to order them from overseas.
