It's October 4th now over 8 weeks later and I thought I'd give eveyone an update on the "service" I've received from Mark Kia. Jess Acorn responded she was happy that everything was "rectified" for me. I had no idea what she was talking about until a week later a check for $400 (1/2 the window tinting scam) appeared so they did follow up on that. But as far as the $2500 add on service contract they promised to cancel and refund I've seen nothing. They stated it would take 4-6 weeks and now I see that was just to shut me up for a while. Today 8 weeks letter I wrote them asking about the refund and now Jess Acorn responds with (and I quote) "The money from the cancellation was used towards your down payment on your trade." That's an interesting turn of events since I requested the cancellation weeks after the sale and car already financed. Looking over my sales contract there is no evidence of this claim. SO, bottom line is now I'm screwed out of the $2500 add on AND I don't have any extended coverage.... Nice move Mark Kia! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Just an update almost 3 months later. Jess Acorn took the time to research my complaints and was very instrumental in making sure everything was corrected. She had the service contract cancelled and a few days ago I verified I had received the $2500 payment against my auto loan principle. I can't say I'm happy with my journey but I'm content with the end result and I must applaud Jess for going the extra mile to make things right. Michael P.
