I turned in my lease Kia Optima, and purchased another car My lease was up on my 2013 Optima Hybrid. We loved the car and leased it from this dealership. Upon turning in the car, I found out through the sales My lease was up on my 2013 Optima Hybrid. We loved the car and leased it from this dealership. Upon turning in the car, I found out through the sales people who told me this car would have equity, as it originally sold for $26,000, and I only leased it for 4 years, that the car was only worth $6000.00, and I was upside down. (Again, that's not what they told me when I leased it as I wanted to buy it when the lease was up, and it only had 51000 miles on it ). I then from the same dealership purchased for my wife, a 2014 Kia Cadenza, which was fully loaded and only had 34,000 miles. The dealership forgot to take care of the paperwork when I turned in my lease, which caused me 3 times visiting the dealership, to straighten things out as Kia Headquarters as they thought I was still driving the car. When Kia finally got caught up, they then hit me with a $429.00 Disposition Fee, for turning in the car. They said it could have been avoided if I purchased a new car, instead of the used one I bought for $25,000 which again was a luxury Kia, and from the same dealership. They called it a Loyalty Package. How much more loyal can I get?? Now I still have Kia calling me for this fee, again a "Disposition Fee" after I have already turned in the car, paid all taxes, and monies owned for a slight mileage overage, and bought and financed a luxury rated 2014 Cadenza. I sure hope the "Extra Warranty" which I purchased and is supposed to cover everything, according to the Finance Manager Juan Rodriguez, doesn't give me any surprises, I don't know how much more, my loyalty can hold out. We've bought 2 cars from them; a new car in 2012 and just recently a used 2014 from them and both experiences were similar with salesmen not showing up to appointments, bait and switch, many service add ons, etc to inflate the price. We ended up paying $3,354 to get out the door on a taxable sale of $12,530. $700 windows tinting, $2500 add on service contract, $1250 add on extended warranty, adding our car as trade in when we stated we didn't want to go that route, high pressure sales, etc.. Seems we always close at the end of the day when the employees want to go home so everything happens so fast you don't get time to really look over all the charges. We're never buying another car from Mark Kia! More

First oil change I was told every 5000 miles and given a sticker for 7,500. When I called to ask they said they had new guidelines for the desert that differed from other states and I needed to come every 7,500, it had changed from 5000. This time I was told oil changes every 5000 miles. Really wish they would be more consistent I don't know why it keeps changing or when I am actually suppose to come back for my next oil change. I have a warrenty I spend a lot of money on so it's important for that reason to know so if I need to use it they don't go back and try to tell me I was over recommending miles for oil changes. More
Don't trust this dealership--super shady Terrible experience at this dealership. My daughter has been looking for a decent used car, saved up a pretty good down payment and knew exactly what Terrible experience at this dealership. She saw a used car on the website and sent a request for more information. Lindsey contacted her and my daughter gave her the financial information and told her we lived pretty far away, so she wanted to get everything agreed upon before coming to the dealership. Several texts and calls later, my daughter was told the out-the-door price and what she estimated the payment would be. They couldn't get everything done last night, so this morning Lindsey was in touch again. All of the sudden, the payment was much higher and they wanted an addition amount for the down payment. Considering the out the door price she was given, the math didn't add up. She agreed to an additional downpayment and asked to talk to the finance person about the exact numbers. My daughter again said that we weren't driving all the way there unless all of the financial terms were in place. Within minutes a sales manager called and agreed that we were given the wrong numbers, and confirmed the terms that my daughter agreed with. He told us to come to the dealership and he would have the car ready and the paperwork ready to get her done quickly so she wouldn't be too late to work. We drove there (40 minutes) and the car wasn't even clean. We met with Lindsey signed a few non-financial papers. We drove the car around the block and expected to sign the paperwork after being there an hour. Another manager appears as my daughter was writing out her downpayment check and tells us they want even more for the downpayment! Seriously? We said no because we were told to come in based on the original terms. Then we got the typical sleazy car dealer line, "Are you going to let this car go over $200?". Yes, because you lied. You lied about the terms, you lied about the car being ready and you lied about the paperwork bring ready. Don't trust this dealership. They will con you and then switch up the agreement. More
