Found a very good price on our 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie We found our 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie at MarkKia. We live 7 hours from Scottsdale and our salesman, Danny Spencer went out of his way to "protect" the tr We found our 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie at MarkKia. We live 7 hours from Scottsdale and our salesman, Danny Spencer went out of his way to "protect" the truck till we could get there. Once we arrived, Danny was very respectful and very friendly and tried to answer every question we had. Once we drove the vehicle, we knew it was what we were looking for. We noticed a really obvious scratch on the drivers side window tint and Danny got permission to get it fixed on the spot. Based on our interactions with Danny, we would gladly purchase another vehicle from this dealership. The only downside to our interaction with this dealer was with Chad who was the finance person. He was business like until he found out we had no interest in purchasing an extended warranty. Once he found this out, he actually acted angry at us. Very unprofessional. More

All inclusive I took my Rio in because the "check engine" light came on. It turned out it wasn't just that the gas cap didn't click when I screwed it back in, but a I took my Rio in because the "check engine" light came on. It turned out it wasn't just that the gas cap didn't click when I screwed it back in, but an actual leak that had to due with emissions. They fixed that and got me all caught up on my 60,000 mile maintenance and oil change and rotation, plus an overall check and free car wash. Because they needed the car overnight, they suggested I get a rental...they offered to pay for it! They gave me a ride to Enterprise, but I accidentally didn't have my license on me. Kia drove me home and came back the next day and shuttled me back to the dealership. I have been getting service at Mark Kia in Scottsdale for 10 years with two different cars. They never suggest I get anything done on the car I don't need. They are very honest and sincere people. I always take advantage of their grind for each cup fresh, wonderful coffee and sometimes other things they offer to eat. They treat you like family! More

Guessing game Mark Kia Scottsdale AZ 10/217 Dropped off car 10/2 7am window stuck. They told me would call me when ready witch they never did. Dropped off by Mark Kia Scottsdale AZ 10/217 Dropped off car 10/2 7am window stuck. They told me would call me when ready witch they never did. Dropped off by conworker 5p. Saw car parked in service lot with window still stuck open. They told me part would be Wednesday and they would call me. Wednesday they didn’t call me. I called them and voice mail voice mail (12p) Finally someone answered in service (2p) said part would be there soon and would call me, which they never did. I called at 4p and they said part would be on Friday a.m. but couldn’t confirm 100%. Said would call me witch again they never did. I rolled the dice and dropped off the car Friday 7am. They said would call when part came in, witch they never did. I had to call at 12p and got voice mail at their main number. At 130p I called and the service rep said part still not in. I rolled the dice again and got dropped off at 430p not knowing if car was ready (Since again they didn’t bother to call to tell me) and what do you know? The car was ready! I understand and not annoyed that took till Friday to get part, it’s just that they could have called like they promised and simply told me this. Big hassle and stress caused by them.
