It was okay. It started off rocky because we received a phone call when we were 5 minutes away stating they lost the keys to the vehicle we were coming to look at. Luckily they had a model that was the same year and had the same features of what we were looking at. After test driving a different Jeep and looking at the outside of the Jeep we initially came there for, I decided to talk some numbers with them. Frank was helpful and answered all questions we had. The only negative comment that I can leave is that they wanted to charge me almost $700 for some lifetime window tint. That’s a bit much if you ask me and we almost walked away from the deal because they weren’t willing to negotiate. This was because it was already installed on the vehicle. Luckily they came down on the price and we bought the Jeep. It will be delivered Monday, so there may be more details to add to this comment depending on how that experience goes. Juan in the finance department is amazing. He’s a straight shooter and really did work with us on finding the best rate. Over all these guys were good. I would recommend their services. Just be ready to pay for $700 window tint. More
