He was so personable and he really listened to my needs and wants. He took the time to go over all of the features which the other two dealerships neglected to do. I didn’t agree with the first offer, but he really worked with me. i didn’t feel like I was working with a salesman. It felt like I was working with a familiar face. Lastly, David in finance, made the final paperwork smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything. Because of Emanuel and David, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever experienced. More

They worked hard to give me the best options available due to not having great credit. I would highly recommend these gentlmen to anyone. They worked longer hours than they needed to so they can ensure that I was satisfied. My credit kept me from a new 2020 Soul but Frank helped me find a 2019 with only 11k miles and Blake and Juan made sure we could fit it in my budget. This is the very first new car that my wife and I have ever had.....we did a lease a few years ago but did not purchase the car.
