I didn’t agree with the first offer, but he really worked with me. i didn’t feel like I was working with a salesman. It felt like I was working with a familiar face. Lastly, David in finance, made the final paperwork smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything. Being part of the team here i felt it was best to drive a KIA. My credit kept me from a new 2020 Soul but Frank helped me find a 2019 with only 11k miles and Blake and Juan made sure we could fit it in my budget. I can wholeheartedly say that my nerves were calmed and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd buy a car from here...oh wait I just did, you should too! More
