One star regarding service department. Brakes were replaced. One week later, squeaking. No refund or discounts on anything mentioned. I also bought the car from them whoever is running the service department needs to be handle immediately. Horrible service and foresight. Off their website: “We're a trustworthy dealership that takes pride in having strong morals and making sure we exceed our customers expectations every time.” I felt scammed by the way they conduct business and missing items on what is standard in all vehicles. Another: “We are proud to be upfront and honest with our customers and ALWAYS give them a great price”- not upfront. Upfront would be to let your customers know when your vehicles are missing items that come standard. I’m don’t know how others are happy with this dealer, I am not and would never tell anyone to go here. I will tell others Not to. In fact check online- there are plenty of other Kia dealerships you can go within a small drive. Do yourself a favor and take the drive. I wish I had. Calling to help me be satisfied and a sales manager uses classic gaslighting tactics to make it sound like it’s not their fault- “I’m sorry you feel that way” - wrong. Mark Kia failed me. More

Our first service experience with Mark Kia couldn't have been better. I scheduled the appointment online and arrived early. They were ready for the car and knew what services I'd requested.
