Best Dealership I have been to in my 65 years. I have been in many car dealerships in my 65 years I must say that Mark Jacobson Toyota is the very best. It is very clean all the employees are very I have been in many car dealerships in my 65 years I must say that Mark Jacobson Toyota is the very best. It is very clean all the employees are very friendly and helpful. I want to recognize especially Michael Klein my experience in the past was to haggle for awhile on the vehicle and the price. I told Michael what vehicle I want to look at and with the options I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Michael came back with 2 sets of keys we looked at and test drove the vehicles I loved both vehicles it was hard to choose. One vehicle had more options than the other one, Michael said to me what if he could get me into that one for the same price I was willing to pay I said we would have a deal. Michael came back to me 5 minutes later and said he got it to the price I wanted. WOW no haggling back and forth with supervisors as I expected. I have never experienced anything like this in any dealership. I was a wonderful experience. I have bought my last 7 cars from MJT and it's because Franks is there. Because I trust Frank, I have referred a number of people to MJT and made sure they went to see Frank. A few of those referrals have also bought a vehicle. I could go on and on, but y'all know how much of a jewel asset Frank. He is a model example. Azza is amazing as well and always make sure that when it comes to coverage that I'm covered. She warm, welcoming and down to earth. She makes the final stage of the process easy. I didn't work with Rob at all, but I'm sure he helped make the deal as sweet as it was. Thank you Frank, Azza and Rob. The last peice that I would like to add is not so flattering. I have notice the level of excitement & celebration from the MJT team has decreased quite a bit. (Frank is exempted from this because he always makes a big deal at the ringing of the bell) Buying a car is a big thing. For some people it's the biggest thing that have done or will do. Ringing the bell doesn't feel the same when there are 10-15 MJT team members in the building & 1 or 2 of them clap and celebrate with the customer. Again this is a big deal so I believe that everyone should make it a bigger deal once the customer rings the bell. I feel as though when the bell is rung, everyone should stop what they are doing and really go hard with the celebration. A few folks should come and congratulate them, shake their hand, etc. That's my observation, experience and suggestion. Thank you for asking for my feedback. More

Great new truck buying experience! Great experience buying from Mark Jacobson and especially working with Sales person Jason Schiffman. I wanted a manual transmission Tacoma which is ve Great experience buying from Mark Jacobson and especially working with Sales person Jason Schiffman. I wanted a manual transmission Tacoma which is very hard to find both new and used. Jason helped us understand that buying a new Tacoma was easier on the budget then we thought it would be, and then jumped into his computer to find us a new Tacoma being built at a plant in the Southeast. So I got my "dream" Tacoma and Jason was also an immense help with the options we needed, the bed cover and the side steps. I am not an expert on trucks but I knew what I wanted and Jason clearly explained everything regarding the 6-cylinder versus the 4-cylinder engines as well as the 4-wheel drive options and the differences between the TRD Sport and TRD Off-Road packages. I plan to go back and work with Jason on some other accessories like hood and sunroof deflectors, all-weather floor mats and more. All and all just a great experience and we even get to go to the dealer monthly for a fully catered dinner from Mangianos, one of our favorite restaurants here in Durham.
