He found the color I was looking for. When I came in to purchase the car and he explained the features, reviewed my warranty, and other items in my owner's manual. I really appreciated his patience and he did exactly what he told me he would do. The atmosphere and staff at this dealership are Amazing! The customer service is beyond expectations. You guys are deceitful. I bought a Toyota Camry 2011 from mark Jackobson. After 4 years, I was told by an insurance company that my car had an accident before I bought it. I I bought a Toyota Camry 2011 from mark Jackobson. After 4 years, I was told by an insurance company that my car had an accident before I bought it. I was mad at mark Jackobson Toyota for selling an accidented car to me. And when I called one of mark Jackobson Toyota manager to complain about this, he denied it and told me that it is not on carfax and nothing like that happened.
