First Time Buyer I honestly wasn't looking to buy a car that day, everything just sort of fell into place. I called a few other Toyota dealerships in the area and spoke to the pushiest salespeople who hounded me with emails, texts and phone calls. I have yet to call them back. Mike Klein wasn't pushy, he listened to my needs and walked the entire lot in the heat to show me every vehicle that met my list of wants. I almost left to sleep on it, but I got as far as my car. He and Bob worked the numbers and never having bought a car myself the dealership did a great job walking me through the process. One may think the sales guy would never contact me again, but that is far from the truth. Mike routinely calls to make sure I'm still satisfied with my purchase and tells me to call him if I need help programming the radio. More

He was very patient, he explained the different models and highlighted each feature. I wanted a color that was not available at the time, however Alex made it happen. He found the color I was looking for. When I came in to purchase the car and he explained the features, reviewed my warranty, and other items in my owner's manual. I really appreciated his patience and he did exactly what he told me he would do. The atmosphere and staff at this dealership are Amazing! The customer service is beyond expectations.
