My wife's 2007 prius had been totaled on 2-9-17 and we were looking for a replacement. When we came in we met Todd Anderson, your salesman. We told him what we were looking for, another prius. We bought on Mon. 2-13-17 a 2014 prius. During the 2 days that we dealt with Todd, he was friendly, never tried to pressure us to look at new cars and paid attention to our want and needs. There was no owners manual or 2nd key for the car so Todd ordered replacements for us at no extra cost. Where IAN says Yes! I went to Mark Jacobson two years ago and leased a Corolla. I was dreading it as I had never been to a dealership before and the most delightful man h I went to Mark Jacobson two years ago and leased a Corolla. Unfortunately I totaled my lease a few weeks ago and I knew without a doubt I wanted to go back to Mark Jacobson to see Ian for my new car. When I walked in I was so happy to learn he was in and not with another customer and he quickly took me out to see the new Corollas. I told him I didnt know if I would be able to afford the new Corolla even though I loved it on our test drive. He said of course you can and he made it work for me. He is so nice to work with and while I hope I will be in this car for many, many years if I ever need another vehicle I will be back to see at Mark Jacobson where IAN says yes! :) More

When we visited the showroom at Mark Jacobson, we were made to feel very comfortable by David Levinthan who attended to us. David is unassuming and confident and did not push for sales. He wanted to make sure we were getting the right car that suited our needs. His friendly composure was very reassuring and he was very helpful right from the start of the meeting, attending to all our questions confidently and checking out our doubts for the more specific questions that we asked. Our visit to Mark Jacobson which concluded with an immediate purchase within that very morning is also testimony towards David's outstanding salesmanship and professionalism. He called us a week after the purchase to check if we had any problems with the car and we certainly appreciate the after-sales follow-up service that he provides. More
