He was very welcoming, asked us what we were looking for, and helped us to find the right Prius V. Although the entire experience took longer than we would have liked, everyone in the business was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Perks that helped with waiting were coffee, drinks and popcorn, There was also a vending area for customers. Derek made an effort to make sure our privacy was honored by seating us away from other customers so we could talk to him about financial matters. Also Sheyi Bucknor-Smartt was knowledgable, friendly and did his utmost to give us the best deal possible. TERRIBLE I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry for $22K in 2013. The key fob fell apart shortly afterward. The dealer put it back together. We bought on Mon. 2-13-17 a 2014 prius. During the 2 days that we dealt with Todd, he was friendly, never tried to pressure us to look at new cars and paid attention to our want and needs. There was no owners manual or 2nd key for the car so Todd ordered replacements for us at no extra cost.
