I had bought a 2012 Rav4 in 2016 from Mark Jacobson Toyota us My sales consultant was Leo Sullivan. This guy was absolutely the best sales consultant. I had bought a 2012 Rav4 in 2016 from Mark Jacobson Toyota used vehicles but I was upside down on my loan, owing $16000. The 2012 Rav4 was only worth $10,000. Leo and his team worked the numbers and I walked out with the 2012 Rav4 paid off and now have a 2017 Electric Blue Rav4. He actually said "Good luck with that!" Extremely rude. This is the third car we have purchased there. I am coming back soon to purchase another car for my son's college graduation and will request that Leo close the deal and bypass the finance guy we had! I wish I remembered his name, but I don't think he ever properly introduced himself! More
