Like many others, I just never liked the experience of buying a car...Lots of confusing options, the cost, paperwork, etc etc etc...So....with that said, I want everyone who reads this that I wholeheartedly stand behind my compliments to sales agent Mr. Leo Sullivan. Not only was he a no pressure salesman, he made my wife and I feel we were the most important people to walk in that day. We took up a lot of his time as he answered all our questions honestly and sincerely. We test drove both a new and used 4runner and ended up driving home with a/the used 2015 limited version. Mr. Sullivan made sure we were pleased with the sale, made sure we understood what we were getting warranty and maintenance wise, and accomplished something that I believe is very hard to do; he earned our customer loyalty. We plan to replace another vehicle within the year and I've already told Mr. Sullivan he will be the first person we will contact when we're back in the market. I sincerely hope M.J. Toyota continues to employ and promote personnel with Mr. Sullivan's credentials. More

Ian was patient with me, explained every question/concern I asked about, and the entire experience was relaxed and speedy (which I appreciated very much). We ere greeted in the car lot, then welcome by Ian, who asked what we were looking for. He assisted in selecting a car for a test drive, and gave us information about the car. We told him we had another appointment to drive a competitors car but he gave us additional information about the service we could expect should be purchase our car at Mark Jacobson. We also met with Kim about financing prior to leaving the dealership. We made our other appointment, and call Ian back and set an appointment to return and purchase the car. The process could not have been easier! We returned the next day and drove away with new car after Ian 'walked' us a tutorial of the navigational instruments on the car. In summary: excellent experience with informative conversations that ensured us we were making an excellent decision. More

It was her manager (whoever that is)who denied giving a quote. Anyway, steer away new customers. Never buy as is. Even from MJ. Sold me a lemon. Update!! Chain was stretched and came off engine destroyed, $10,500 is what I need to fix a car that I owe $6000 on! Three months in, timing chain gone, last service shown -3200, have not driven 3200 miles. Told tires were run flat, they were not. Found out when one went flat. 28 days engine light came on, I called in and that is when will found out they do not service my car!! So when I go to pick up my tags I as to speak to my salesman, he spoke to his manager and they fixed something with the note that they didn't have to but they would this time, however they wouldn't fix anything else. Never fixed the chip in my windshield. Before I signed the paperwork I saw a chip in the windshield, they said they would fix. I was told I did not have a spare because Mini Coppers have run flat tires. Mine does not. Found out to the cost of a tire. Before all of this I would of given five stars. The buying process was quick and easy! Salesman nice, car beautiful. I thought I found my dream car. I thought that by coming to a lot like this the cars would be safe and throughly checked and repaired before sale. I don't think this car was. I also think that if it was it wouldn't be in a garage. I've made two payments on this car and the timing chain! Was the other repair a temporary fix? I could of got a car from Craig's List or any shady used car dealership! As is means you are probably getting ripped off no matter who sells it too you. I don't know if I should contact my finace company and see if they can help protect their investment or my lawyer, this is not ok and no one would find this acceptable. More
