I'm writing this review to warn others about the absolutely horrendous experience I had with Mark Jacobson Toyota Service Center. From the moment I was called about paying for two diagnostic fees. I absolutely horrendous experience I had with Mark Jacobson Toyota Service Center. From the moment I was called about paying for two diagnostic fees. I knew there was going to be a problem. I paid $516 on Tuesday evening prior to the service center closing. To make matters worse, the problem I brought my car in for was never actually fixed. After picking up my car, within a five minutes of driving off the lot the Check Engine light came back on. When I brought it back and told them the issue, I was met with indifference and excuses and bill for $393.00 "You are lucky we didn't charge you for the diagnostic fee a third time". I would strongly advise anyone considering using this shop to think twice. There are plenty of other, more reputable mechanics out there who actually care about their customers. #badservice #mechanics #avoid #carrepair #nightmare More

Please disregard my recent critical review wherein I speculated that my phone might have be stolen at MJ. I was in error. When I saw my glove compartment had been opened and the contents scattered on speculated that my phone might have be stolen at MJ. I was in error. When I saw my glove compartment had been opened and the contents scattered on the passenger seat and my phone was missing. I assumed foul play however, I've learned the mechanics need to go in there to perform a function. The phone, who knows, no one answers and there was no tracking setup. MJ very generously is buying me a phone to replace. It's not an expensive phone but I appreciate the gesture. My apologizes for my paranoia. More
