He knew and was familiar with all features. He explained and showed all features and asked if u had any questions. Two years ago I purchased a Rav 4 from Leo. He was awesome to do business with. I pulled onto the used car lot at Mark Jacobson and David promptly and politely introduced himself without coming across as pushy. I am educated and very selective [some could call me high-maintenance or a pain in the a**] but nonetheless he was a trooper: both attentive and positive, he asked if I? knew what I? was looking for (of course, I? did!), he ran all over the place getting keys and information on the vehicles I’d selected for evaluation and even held my infant daughter for me while I? compared cars. I? wound up getting a very fair—indeed generous—price on the car I? ultimately selected, and I? feel I? received an all around fantastic value :) I? ended up buying a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum with AWD. I? was and still am very happy with the car itself and I? remain impressed with all of the cheerful, competent, and professional people like David L. and Rob V. on the sales side as well as my guy who helped me in finance and all of those working in the service lane too.
