He took the time to sit down with me and make calls that lead to rectifying those issues. Leo then gave me an amazing deal on a brand new Rav4, without loopholes and hidden conditions. If that wasn't enough, after driving away with the car I noticed a scratch on one of my windows and Leo did not hesitate in going straight to Mark Jacobson himself to have the scratch fixed. I am currently in the process of waiting for the dealership to arrange for that appointment, but I have no doubt they will go above and beyond yet again. More
