After seeing a Avalon Hybrid on the road and noticing how good it looked, I decided to stop by Mark Jacobson Toyota on my way home just to take a closer look at it. The model I went in to see (XLE) was not o good it looked, I decided to stop by Mark Jacobson Toyota on my way home just to take a closer look at it. The model I went in to see (XLE) was not on the lot and I was a little disappointed. Al Camacho introduces me to a few other models but he could see my heart was set on being in the price range of the XLE and told me he would get it in. Well naturally I went home a little disappointed, got on the internet, made calls looking for my car. I talked to a lot of fast talking high pressure people that just turned me off over the phone. No Way was I going to visit these other dealerships. When Al and I spoke, told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay I even changed my mine on the color while he was in the middle of his search. He found the car in Georgia and I went in to leave a deposit the next day. Guess what? I had 2nd thoughts as to what I wanted as far as accessories and he told me it would be no problem. The car came in a matter of two days, I was prepared to wait three weeks+. I went in, Al was excited to see me, I was excited to see the car, and we closed. What a great buy and what a great salesman. No pressure just a lot of Yes's. McCoy, the finance person was also a pleasure working with and even got me a lower rate ( I just simply asked for one) and his boss who's name I forgot (He's a Big Buckeye Fan) could not have explain the parts of the protection plan I purchased any clearer. I even spoke to the Big Cheese on a few occasions. All in all it was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and this has to be my 12 or so car. I highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota, Al Camacho, and the staff. P.S. If I have to add a Con, it would be the wait time to sign the final documents. However, this is a problem at all dealerships. They should serve dinner. EuGene Curtain More
Overall my husband and I had a great experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota. We were considering upgrading my Toyota Highlander but were not in any rush. The day we visited, we had the opportunity to walk ar Jacobson Toyota. We were considering upgrading my Toyota Highlander but were not in any rush. The day we visited, we had the opportunity to walk around the entire car lot (something we preferred to do) before being approached by Alex, a sales person. He assisted us in tracking down the exact car we had seen online and gave us plenty of uninterrupted time and space to check it out thoroughly. He did not hover over us and there was no pressure at all to purchase the vehicle, which we greatly appreciated. A couple of days later, he promptly responded to our questions via email regarding the vehicle and provided us a fair price. My only complaint of sorts is that we had negotiated various upgrades on the vehicle (e.g. cross bars, all-weather floor mats, etc.) and communication since purchasing the vehicle regarding when to anticipate the arrival of these parts has been lacking. We keep checking back only to be told that we'll be notified when they arrive, however, no further details are provided. It has only been 2 weeks, but I was hoping for better communication. With that being said, I would still recommend them if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...Check in process went smoothly, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... Check in process went smoothly, and we were greeted with a salesperson within a few minutes. #1 Red Flag: Ahmad was our sales HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... Check in process went smoothly, and we were greeted with a salesperson within a few minutes. #1 Red Flag: Ahmad was our salesperson and immediately asked me if the woman with me was my sister. (Btw, she is my girlfriend. I wonder how often salespeople ask men if their "sister" is joining them today.) #2 Red Flag: Ahmad asks me if I attend school/work in the area. I told him yes. He ASSUMES that I am a nurse. (Btw, I am a medical student, who will become a resident doctor in 2 months. I wonder how many times he assumes the career of white males that come in to buy cars. There is no problem with a nursing career, but what's offensive is that it is his FIRST guess at what job I must have within the medical field). #3 Red Flag: Refuses to give eye contact, tells us to wait by his desk (does not politely ask us to wait by his desk), and grabs his manager to try to convince us to buy a car today. He didn't inform us that he was grabbing a manager, and did not introduce us to the manager, but sits behind him as the manager begins to speak. (Btw, I told him we were not buying any cars and were simply interested in a test drive at this time) #4 Red Flag: Seems "shocked" when I reiterate that we are not buying a car today, and tells me: "Go ask your Dad how much resale value the chevy equinox (my current car) has after 3 years." Condescending. (I wonder how many times a manager has told a man/white man to "go home and tell their Dad XYZ" in order to convince them to shop Toyota instead.) Some of your may be wondering why I am bringing up these hypothetical questions about how they would treat a man and/or a white man. It's simply because I think their experience would have been better. As a Black Woman, I experienced comments of RACISM, PATRIARCHY AND DISRESPECT during this visit. These microaggressions and macroaggressions need to stop. I am truly disappointed More

Mark Jacobson Toyota staff were On Point- I had called several large dealerships recently about some of the great trucks for sale arou Hamilton!!! Mark Jacobson Toyota staff were On Point- I had called several large dealerships recently about some of the great trucks for sale around here; if you have been looking to buy, you know why I kept moving down the road. And you will understand the importance of this statement: Adnane Youness and Quincy Hamilton are two men who do what they say they are going to do. They do what you ask them to do. They do what they promise they will do. They do it quietly, calmly and with a smile. Unbelievably refreshing and so welcome in this chaotic world. I'll be back- but not for awhile- this is one good truck! More

We just purchased a new vehicle from Mark Jacobson Toyota and were very pleased with the flexibility and courtesy with which we were treated by all their staff, from the salesperson to the office personnel. and were very pleased with the flexibility and courtesy with which we were treated by all their staff, from the salesperson to the office personnel. We found their prices to be very competitive. We were concerned about buying a car at this time because we are among the high-risk population for COVID-19 due to our age, but they were very accommodating, allowing us to do almost everything outside. The salesperson, Alfredo García, was very nice and knowledgeable, as well as going the extra mile to continuing to work with us for the final purchase even outside his normal schedule. He worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted, within our budget and even found us a new car instead of a used car within that budget. He is bi-lingual, so he was able to explain things both in Spanish and English. We highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota. More
I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota for a repair and ended up needing an upgrade in vehicles instead. Though I was anxious and thought it was going to be a harrowing experience; the service, sales, finance and needing an upgrade in vehicles instead. Though I was anxious and thought it was going to be a harrowing experience; the service, sales, finance and paperwork representatives were just so pleasant and honest and handled my frazzled nature with care and ease. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SUCH AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thank you Jose, Mark, and Bob for all your help and to any other person who worked with me whose name I've forgotten, I am sorry, but you were all such great people. More
I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota with the hope of finding a new car. From the moment I walked in the front door and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment I walked out the doors with 2 sets of keys to new car. From the moment I walked in the front door and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment I walked out the doors with 2 sets of keys to my new car, the experience was a pleasure. The sales rep I worked with was McCoy Harris and he couldn't have been more professional and helpful. There's a stereotype about sales people, specifically car sales people, that make people wary and untrusting. McCoy absolutely did NOT fall into that stereotype. He was honest, up front, incredibly knowledgable, and very empathetic. Never once did I feel like I was being swindled or taken advantage of. I did my research before coming in, explained to McCoy my situation and what I was hoping to achieve, and from there he did his very best to accommodate me in every way. If I had to give him a rating of 1-10, I'd give him a 15, he was that awesome. But the experienc wasn't limited to just McCoy. Jim (I can't remember his last name) was very professional and helpful and helped find me the best rate for my purchase. Again, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and I really felt like I was being prioritized. Robert French helped walk me through the paperwork and financial aspect of the sale, which typically is a long, tiresome process. From the time we walked back to sign papers and finalize the sale to the time we wrapped everything up couldn't have taken longer than 10-15 minutes. This was by far my best car buying experience and I would recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota to everyone. Thank you all for the wonderful experience! More
Excellent customer svce--on a scale of 1 to 10, rate a 15. Worked with online tele-svce who referred me to Mr. Alfredo Garcia when my old car would not start. Everyone I talked with whether on line, in 15. Worked with online tele-svce who referred me to Mr. Alfredo Garcia when my old car would not start. Everyone I talked with whether on line, in person or by telephone was outstanding. They sent pics of cars in the price range I requested, info on condition of car and brought the car to me for a test drive and arranged excellent financing. In this COVID Atmosphere, they decreased the stress, answered all my questions and did a super job. I recommend this Durham MJ dealership highly and, if I ever decide to buy a new car, this is the place I will go. Am very satisfied with my purchase. Very trustworthy! Not sure of all the names of the people I worked with over a two day period. Car trouble started on one day and the next day I was in a one owner used car! More
