Am very happy, satisfied and very impressed with the Mark Jacobson Toyota. This is my second car with Mark Jacobson after a fall out and passing through xxxx from the lady who co-signed my first car for me. Jacobson Toyota. I had to trade it in and Sir Quincy and Ahmad took upon themselves to personally help me all through the process. I love my new car and am enjoying it am happy with it I took photos and send to my friends and relatives!! They are so happy for me and praised the Mark Jacobson Toyota for the most beautiful car and great services I got. Sir Quincy is awesome brilliant kind patient loving and very knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain everything and even goes extra miles to make a good deal. He is my hero he listens to all questions and answers all concerns. He actually went to his own pocket and paid $ 1,600 as a down payment to trade in my car and make sure I got my car. What a loving dedicated manager he is. He can go without food to make sure a deal is completed . He is dedicated to his job no matter what length he has to go to get it done. The lady who cosigned my first car decided to be difficult and make my life a living xxxx refusing with the car . Sir Quincy would go out of his way day and night and be on the phone with both of us to try and reconcile and come to an understanding. He is the person to go to in need of a car. She even hid the car keys and I had to tow the car from her premises and have new keys made with the help of Sir Quincy and Sir Ahmad. Sir Ahmad is the best sales person I have ever met. He was awesome so helpful, kind , patient and willing to go the extra miles for me to get that car. He even drove me in and back the Toyota premises and my home when I needed a ride. Making sure am comfortable and happy. When the lady who was so difficult won't come to the Mark Jacobson premises to sign the paperwork to get her self out of the contract , Ahmad drove all the way to her apartment to make sure she did signed the paperwork.. He is very loving and patient and always willing to help anyone in need of a car. He is down to earth and he helped me get the very best and most beautiful car in the lot that i qualified for. He takes his time to arrange for insurance and shows you everything to do with your new car. He was and still is phone call away out of his busy schedule to help. He took time to drive me back to my house instead of me paying for a Uber. God bless you and your company and overflow you with great deals every day. I love you all. More

I would shop elsewhere unless you want your credit score to be ran without your permission, signature, and consent. Also found the exact car at a different dealership for $4,000 less than what they were ask to be ran without your permission, signature, and consent. After seeing a Avalon Hybrid on the road and noticing how good it looked, I decided to stop by Mark Jacobson Toyota on my way home just to take a closer look at it. The model I went in to see (XLE) was not o good it looked, I decided to stop by Mark Jacobson Toyota on my way home just to take a closer look at it. The model I went in to see (XLE) was not on the lot and I was a little disappointed. Al Camacho introduces me to a few other models but he could see my heart was set on being in the price range of the XLE and told me he would get it in. Well naturally I went home a little disappointed, got on the internet, made calls looking for my car. I talked to a lot of fast talking high pressure people that just turned me off over the phone. No Way was I going to visit these other dealerships. When Al and I spoke, told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay I even changed my mine on the color while he was in the middle of his search. He found the car in Georgia and I went in to leave a deposit the next day. Guess what? I had 2nd thoughts as to what I wanted as far as accessories and he told me it would be no problem. The car came in a matter of two days, I was prepared to wait three weeks+. I went in, Al was excited to see me, I was excited to see the car, and we closed. What a great buy and what a great salesman. No pressure just a lot of Yes's. McCoy, the finance person was also a pleasure working with and even got me a lower rate ( I just simply asked for one) and his boss who's name I forgot (He's a Big Buckeye Fan) could not have explain the parts of the protection plan I purchased any clearer. I even spoke to the Big Cheese on a few occasions. All in all it was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and this has to be my 12 or so car. I highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota, Al Camacho, and the staff. P.S. If I have to add a Con, it would be the wait time to sign the final documents. However, this is a problem at all dealerships. Overall my husband and I had a great experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota. We were considering upgrading my Toyota Highlander but were not in any rush. The day we visited, we had the opportunity to walk around the entire car lot (something we preferred to do) before being approached by Alex, a sales person. He assisted us in tracking down the exact car we had seen online and gave us plenty of uninterrupted time and space to check it out thoroughly. He did not hover over us and there was no pressure at all to purchase the vehicle, which we greatly appreciated. A couple of days later, he promptly responded to our questions via email regarding the vehicle and provided us a fair price. My only complaint of sorts is that we had negotiated various upgrades on the vehicle (e.g. cross bars, all-weather floor mats, etc.) and communication since purchasing the vehicle regarding when to anticipate the arrival of these parts has been lacking. We keep checking back only to be told that we'll be notified when they arrive, however, no further details are provided. It has only been 2 weeks, but I was hoping for better communication. With that being said, I would still recommend them if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

(Btw, she is my girlfriend. I wonder how often salespeople ask men if their "sister" is joining them today.) #2 Red Flag: Ahmad asks me if I attend school/work in the area. I told him yes. He ASSUMES that I am a nurse. (Btw, I am a medical student, who will become a resident doctor in 2 months. I wonder how many times he assumes the career of white males that come in to buy cars. There is no problem with a nursing career, but what's offensive is that it is his FIRST guess at what job I must have within the medical field). #3 Red Flag: Refuses to give eye contact, tells us to wait by his desk (does not politely ask us to wait by his desk), and grabs his manager to try to convince us to buy a car today. He didn't inform us that he was grabbing a manager, and did not introduce us to the manager, but sits behind him as the manager begins to speak. (Btw, I told him we were not buying any cars and were simply interested in a test drive at this time) #4 Red Flag: Seems "shocked" when I reiterate that we are not buying a car today, and tells me: "Go ask your Dad how much resale value the chevy equinox (my current car) has after 3 years." Condescending. (I wonder how many times a manager has told a man/white man to "go home and tell their Dad XYZ" in order to convince them to shop Toyota instead.) Some of your may be wondering why I am bringing up these hypothetical questions about how they would treat a man and/or a white man. It's simply because I think their experience would have been better. As a Black Woman, I experienced comments of RACISM, PATRIARCHY AND DISRESPECT during this visit.
