I had a great experience buying my Rav4 – after a little uncertainty about when the car would be delivered, I scheduled a time to visit, and everything was ready to go when I arrived. My salesperson, Michael Adams, was friendly, knowledgable, and straightforward. Very easy to talk to and work with. My finance person, Glenn Waldroup, answered every question I had, knew his job back to front, and was very transparent. Great team, and nice folks. Thanks! More

If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my 2020 Toyota Camry off after the sunroof would not close. I was told that they could reset the sunroof and close it for me as this has ha I dropped my 2020 Toyota Camry off after the sunroof would not close. I was told that they could reset the sunroof and close it for me as this has happened twice. After a week of my car being at the dealership I was informed that they couldn’t close it and instead Toyota would pay for the parts (7K) and I would need to pay for labor (5K). After discussing with the service manager that I would be picking my car up and not paying for any repairs I was told that I still owed $120 due to their attempt to close it. Why would I pay for any service that was not completed. The service manager told me “ do him a favor and never to bring my car in to that dealership”. Do yourself the favor and do not go to this establishment, especially where this level of disrespect to customers is allowed. More
