My wife and I recently survived the tornados in Tennessee and a grueling drive back through the North Carolina mountains... Not having enough time she tasked me to get her car into the shop. This I did without an appointment... turns out that the water pump was blown and the belts nearly shot after 70K miles of effort and a major drive to stay out of a funel cloud. Within two hours from "drive-in" I was on my way. The service staff especially Randy Pettiford did an amazing job of getting the car into the shop and solving the problems immediately. I have never had such great service. More
