I called Mrs.Decatur and explained to her I was in need of a car and knew what I wanted-toyota camry. She was very professional over the phone and was sincere about my situation. My husband and I went in the following day, Mrs. Decatur was more then willing to help me, she worked very hard in getting me a car and her professionlism was great. Overall my experience there and with her was exceptional, I will definitely go back to her and will without hesitation refer my family and friends. I am pleased with my camry hybrid and the service that I received. Kudos to Mrs.Decatur and the rest of the Mark Jacobson team:) More

When I was looking for a new car Frank helped me to get exactly what I needed and NOTHING I didn't. Having someone who you feel like is "On your Side" is very important to me. I originally came to the dealership only to look at a new Prius III. The dealership had a Prius IV in the color I wanted. After seeing the quality of the car, I asked Barbara to give me the financial detai Prius III. The dealership had a Prius IV in the color I wanted. After seeing the quality of the car, I asked Barbara to give me the financial details of costs involved for both the Prius III and IV. She brought back not only the cost detail, but a lower price on the Prius IV (which I wasn't expecting), and I was able to purchase it. Barbara's knowledge of the car helped me make the right decision. She was also very friendly and easy to work with. I normally dread the car buying process, but my experience at Mark Jacobson was very pleasant and quick. No pressure whatsoever, only helpful information, and excellent customer service all the way through the process to the end. The Prius IV is beautiful and comfortable, and I am happy I purchased this car. I am looking forward to saving thousands of dollars because of the great gas mileage I will be getting. Toyota is the only manufacturer who has demonstrated its dedication to creating energy efficient cars. Nothing else comes close to the Prius. I will absolutely recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota to friends and family. More

Omed Ali took great care of us when we bought our 2011 Rav4 last March. Since then he's checked in with us frequently to make sure we were still enjoying our purchase and he's always made himself availab Rav4 last March. Fortunately, none have, and we're still loving our car even after a year's passed. The complimentary maintenance has always been performed quickly and with courtesy by the dealership's very accommodating staff. All in all, we've had nothing but great experiences with Mark Jacobson and will continue to give them our business for so long as they keep up their great service as was exemplified by Omed Ali! More
This being an unexpected purchase with actually having no credit, I was prepared for the run around and the expected let down that I had gotten by different dealerships. Mark Jacobson came highly recomended by one of your frequent customers who happens to be my boss. After working with Alex Diaz, the most helpful and personable salesman I have ever encountered, I can honestly stand by my bosses referral. Not only did Alex treat me as if I were already an established customer but he went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was what "I" actually wanted. I must admit I did not get the names of the pre qual associate working that Sun afternoon but he was equally as helpful and friendly, and to my PLEASANT surprize the business manager (although we were keeping him there well after hours )was another asset to this dealership team. I have heard from each and every one of these employees what a great man Mark Jacobson was to work for and I can gladly report that it shows in the customer service I received in my overall expericence with Mark Jacobson Toyota. I have since then needed to have the assistance form Michelle in service and she was most helpful right down to the shuttle ride with Mr. John who even made my time to and from the dealership sevice dept as pleasant as could be. But, the final reccomendation goes back to where I started, with Mr. Alex Diaz who greeted me with a smile and called me by name letting me know that he is still interested in great customer service as he took it upon himself to take my new plates and put them on my car himself. I felt it necessary to rate and review my experience only because it was overall an awesome one. Not only am I satisfied with my purchase but I feel confident when I share my experience with others as well as send referrals to my new salesman friend Alex. So often the only comments that are made to businesses are the negative. I am hoping this review will be taken seriously and the team members involved will be reminded of what a great job they are doing. I will gladly stand by my statements and have no problem being contacted. Thank you Mark Jacobson team members and especially you Alex..for YOU are the one who had to ride with me through my test drives OVER and OVER again.. :) More
